I’ve had a really positive experience working with Ella Grundy. She has been consistently helpful, professional, and genuinely approachable throughout my property journey. What stood out most was her polite and thoughtful manner, she always took the time to explain things clearly and offer advice that felt tailored to my situation, rather than rushed or generic. Ella made the process feel much more manageable. Her knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile gave me confidence at every step. I truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and friendly guidance in the property market.

Mihai was a fantastic agent throughout the entire process of buying my first home. As you can imagine, it was a long and far more daunting process than it looks on TV, but from start to finish he was incredibly informative and explained complex concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand way. He was always available whenever I needed to talk, and out of everyone involved in the deal, I can honestly say he was the one most on top of things at all times. He kept pushing the process forward, communicated regularly with the solicitors, and helped get me into my new home as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend Mihai to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and proactive agent

As expats moving from the US to London for work, my wife and I were pretty novice when it comes to letting in the UK. Ed and Tom made our experience as easy as could be, even during a difficult negotiation. Their communication was top notch and we never felt like we were in the dark about where we were in the process and what the next steps were. I can’t thank them enough for their efforts and help securing our flat in Marylebone. Highly recommend this team!

Worked with Mihai to find and close the purchase of our first property. Standup guy, responsive, good vibes but also knows how to be a bit more serious regarding moving things along if need be. Would recommend his council and workmanship to anyone who's looking to move forward with property purchases.

I had an excellent experience working with Ed Seares to find my new flat. After dealing with a very challenging tenancy situation at my previous property, I was understandably stressed and frustrated with the process. Ed was incredibly patient, responsive, and professional throughout every step of the search. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a difficult move feel seamless. Most importantly, he helped turn a genuinely negative housing experience into a positive one by finding a property that I'm excited to call home. Ed's communication, attention to detail, and commitment to helping his clients stand out in an industry where those qualities can be hard to find. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home and wouldn't hesitate to work with him again in the future.

I last bought a property over 30 years ago, but my trepidation about engaging with the process again was eased by the service I received from KFH. Mihai Stanciu listened carefully to my criteria and patiently showed me a range of options. I was pleased to feel that he genuinely wanted me to find the property that was right for me, and that there was no ‘hard sell’. Thank you for steering me through to a successful conclusion!
