Amazing! … And true to fact we have been happy purchasers with everything she said holding true. KFH with Kemi and the team were quite diligent and professional. The transaction went as smoothly as it could despite the fact we were doing this on the back of another sale. There was need for patience, understanding and allignments which Yasmin ably provided between the two parties and the office delivered effectively. Highly recommended ..

Mohsen made the entirety of such a complex process seem simple and seamless. I was able to secure a great property in record time and with as little headaches as possible. Mohsen took care of the process in its entirety from initial viewing to post completion, being always available at any time of day for any questions I had or any issues which would arise. GoogleAudrey at KFH Marylebone was super helpful with us. She was very accommodating when it came to the several viewings we did. And was very patient with us as we were not the easiest to deal with due to work hours. Throughout the entire process (offer, contracts and finalising everything) she was very responsive, clear and again understanding. Another point which I believe is important is that she is very nice so it was a pleasure to spend time with her and we found an amazing flat :)

GoogleAlix is definitely the best agent I've come across. In July, I was looking for a house for the school, and I was very anxious, but Alix understood my urgency very much. After I pursue my willing to rent the property, she kept in touch with me to inform me of the progress, and finally helped me reserve and offer the place. In the follow-up contract signing process, she also answered my various questions at any time.

GoogleHaving sold my property through KFH Marylebone, I can recommend them for their hard work, professionalism, responsiveness and all-round excellent service. Bozena and Kurosh generated many viewings and several offers for me, but the highest offer came through another agent so I accepted it. Nevertheless Bozena kept in touch and, when the buyers pulled out the day before exchange was due to take place, I rang her with the news. She understood how I felt about the sale falling through and how worried I was that I might also lose the house I was planning to buy, and assured me she would find a buyer. I was a bit sceptical, but that's exactly what happened: she found the perfect cash buyer within days, and both my sale and my purchase were completed before the SDLT reduction deadline. Based on my experience, I'd say KFH aren't just good with property, they are very good with people too.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
