I have both bought and sold with this agency in a couple of years and for the recent sale, Justin and the selling team had made a really professional follow up of the whole process including coordinating for me with their renting department and conveyancing too. For the sales visits they always tried to accommodate the specific viewing times I had shared with them and that was well appreciated. I appointed KFH Baker Street and met with Valentina who heads up the Lettings department. She was professional, friendly, to the point and knowledgeable about the building and area. She advised me on the current market price and likely time period for offers. I was also adamant that I only wanted a professional as a tenant. Within one week, Valentina and her team found me an ideal professional tenant who made an offer at asking price. Valentina and her team handled the credit checks, references and contract quickly and efficiently. A few weeks later, I also dealt with James who heads up the Sales department in relation to another property. Again, the service was exceptional. Whether it is lettings or sales, I highly recommend speaking to Valentina or James at KFH.

As being a landlord for 3 years, KFH has been the best agency I have ever worked with. Mr. Kerim and Dejvi has been in the process of finding the right tenant at the right time, providing any demands of mine with the utmost friendly way possible! Most agencies usually try excluding themselves after the contracts are completed, however Mr. Kerim and Dejvi are still in contact with me and the tenant, helping both sides to find solutions to any problem that may occur. Fantastic Service - Highly Recommended James and Elle did a fantastic job selling my 3 Bed flat in Marylebone. I initially tried two other agents who could not manage to sell the flat in 3 months and only one of these produced an offer which was too low. I then made the wise decision to appoint KFH Marylebone who assured me they could sell the property for close to or at the asking price. While I had heard all this before from other agents who had not performed I was more confident James and Elle could deliver on theses expectations. I was very happy to receive an offer very close to the asking price within about 7 business days of signing the contract. They were that good! After receiving the offer the team were excellent at following through to make sure the deal got done - very prompt in returning phone calls and chasing up solicitors. In short I would thoroughly recommend the KFH Marylebone Sale team. I will certainly use them again ahead of all other agents in the Marylebone area if another opportunity arises.

I've never put "fantastic" and "flat search" in the same sentence before, but that's just what KFH provided, a fantastic flat search experience. Brad was my agent; he went above and beyond, and then some. I was shown enough places to give me a realistic idea of what my options were, my feedback was taken seriously and MY BUDGET WAS ACTUALLY RESPECTED. Brad was very open about the properties available, making it his priority to find the right home for me (rather than to hit some quota). As I was considering multiple neighborhoods, he even helped me look beyond his office's radius, which saved me many a headache. Bonus: Brad extremely knowledgeable about the history of London, so if you're curious, he can delight you with all sorts of facts about the area and buildings he's showing.

Terrible agency (especially the St John’s Wood branch). They were in charge of finding new tenants for my fantastic landlord, and all they did was to leave the flat open while I wasn’t there multiple times following visits, breaking windows and leaving them open, and leaving the light on for WEEKS while I was absent. They will refuse to take responsibility and ignore all texts and calls, even after admitting they were at fault. The team is rude and their customer service horrible. Don’t recommend at all. Landlords beware: they took more than 4 months to find a new tenant and they will treat your flats poorly (I’m glad I had cameras and texts to prove everything to my landlord).
