GoogleBig thanks to the team at KFH Marylebone, especially Jack Eugenio. It was encouraging to have such a friendly estate agent as I have never rented before. After all the viewings, he even gave me recommendations on where the best places are to eat in central London! If you need to look for properties in the central London area, come in to KFH Marylebone and ask for Jack!

GoogleFails to follow even the most basic instruction/administration. Unethically collected money from a potential tenant prior to informing them of key factors in the tenancy, despite our repeated request across three weeks. In the end, we'd taken the property off the market for three weeks having accepted a tenant who didn't work out because KFH failed to disclose basic information to her at the start. This description is a bit over-simplification, but that's the cause and effect. -UPDATE: In response to KFH's response below: they DID NOT work hard to address my concerns. It's an insult to suggest that they did. This was not a singular oversight, but habitual choice by KFH to ignore what was inconvenient and a choice to risk a tenant being left out in the cold after promising her a flat because there was no financial motivation for this branch of KFH to be concerned with such things. Greedy, selfish, untrustworthy.
