GoogleFabulous experience selling our property with Sarah, Francesca and the KFH team.
A few things made this sale a bit more complex than the average property but the KFH team took it all in their stride.
This team handled us being remote from the property with ease, the entire process was completed over the phone or email.
The team managed around tenants who would move out ahead of sale, and handled some early feedback on teething issues swiftly to reach a respectful understanding of the boundaries needed to maintain a good relationship with both ourselves and the tenants.
Finally and most crucially, KFH were realistic about the market both in terms of price and interest. We are delighted to have sold our property to a wonderful buyer! Thank you Sarah and Francesca!

GoogleThanks to Sarah and her team, I could sell a flat at a market price, within the expected time. It wasn't easy for many reason: I live abroad, a lease extension was required,the market moment was not ideal. Offers were coming in from buyers, but, they couldn't secure a mortgage due to the recent interest rates crisis.
From the first conversation we had on the phone, Sarah was extremely professional, helpful and honest. Any indication received, was proven absolutely truthful and reflecting the market reality. She also recommended professionals to take me through the bureaucratic side of the deal.
Like I said, the whole relationship developed over the phone. The capacity of generating trust from the very first contact is a talent.

GoogleRecently rented a property in Brook Green through KFH. The process was very easy due to the efficiency of Tunde and the rest of the team at KFH Brook Green Estate Agents. They communicated with us brilliantly throughout the process and ensured everything was sorted out very rapidly, allowing us to move into the property very quickly, which was incredibly convenient for us. There was a minor issue with getting the keys to view the property, however Tunde went out of his way and personally picked up the keys to fix the issue and ensure that we were able to see the property as soon as possible.
Excellent customer service, could not recommend Tunde and his team anymore highly.

Sarah and the team at KFH have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I found a lovely property on Netherwood road, and once my offer was accepted the process took approximately 8 weeks to complete.
