GoogleFrom the very beginning, I was impressed with the service provided by Lily Burgering. After sending many viewing requests to multiple agents, via Rightmove, it was a welcome break from emails when Lily called me directly. She wanted to understand my needs and asked great questions. It may seem basic, but out of 12 email requests, she was the only one who picked up the phone to understand our search. As a result, she scheduled additional viewings which all helped my research and understanding of the London market. I've never purchased in this country and arriving during the pandemic makes for additional questions. Lily was on time and well-organized, allowing us to make best use of our time. She's also enjoyable company who graciously provides an overview of the property and then allows you to discover and "feel" it on your own. Her follow up was equally impressive. And best of all, she genuinely celebrated when we found our home (sadly not via her agency). This makes me strongly recommend her for your search, because she made the entire effort about us.

GoogleKFH were brilliant from start to finish whilst selling my flat. They were the most realistic and likeable of the three agents I had round to value it and their fees seemed very fair. Sam was a brilliant salesman, Rebecca managed everything professionally and patiently from above (even when the going got tough) and Daisy closed out the deal with a cool, calm head in the face of the some last minute issues. Would highly recommend to any one else selling their property.

GoogleHaving bought and sold a few properties over the years, we can say that KFH in Brook Green are the best agents we have dealt with. They are professional , knowledgable and work with integrity. We mainly dealt with Charles who deserves special mention. The lines of communication were constantly open, and he offered invaluable marketing advice to ensure we received the best offer possible, this was all in the midst of Brexit! The transaction was smooth, and we have now completed. We would like to say thank you to the team for all their hard work. Highly recommended!

Giulio was very helpful, he kept me informed at each step of the process, he offered genuine advice, he was very responsive and made sure all my enquiries were answered by the seller. He was always available to arrange additional viewings to the property, even after the exchange of contracts.

From start to finish, I felt like he was supportive of both the sellers and us, the buyers which I believe is behaviour that shown integrity and should be highlighted. GoogleWe have worked with PA Pro for a number of years initially throughout the CV19 lockdowns. The benefits of using PA Pro are that we are no longer reliant on the office having to be manned to cover incoming calls and that we can investigate any potential problems prior to getting back to our clients rather than being caught "on the hop" when answering the phone to incoming calls. This invariably works as when we are calling them back it is more often than not with a solution to their problem.
