We as first time buyers were understandingly nervous and anxious about the whole process but we were in very safe and capable hands! From the start, Sunny was friendly, supportive and patient. He made us feel completely at ease throughout the process and answered any questions we had. We also appreciated his prompt responsiveness with regular communication via e-mail, phone calls. Sunny has helped made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. When we went to collect our keys, we were greeted by a lovely gentleman called Sebastian. He gave us some useful tips about the area and in particular some helpful information about local schools and nurseries which we appreciated a lot. We were impressed with the quality of the brochure they produced and the professionalism of their approach.
