We had a difficult purchase - to put it mildly - and we worked with Fin, who was absolutely brilliant. Between him and I, we tag teamed making it work, pushing for things to happen when it looked like they never would. Fin went above and beyond, and there were days when he was acting as estate agent, solicitor and recipient of my frustrated and furious venting. It was valid, but he could have just played it cool, instead he was sympathetic and did everything he could to get us past each ridiculous obstacle. We're in our new place now, and it all fades into nothing, of course. But without Fin, we might well still be renting somewhere, waiting and waiting for our purchase to go through.

KFH in Crouch End were brilliant as a team over what turned out to be a long and tricky period in the housing market. Barrington was excellent on the strategy front and David did a superb job of keeping us going and on track - we had several offers over a lengthy period, including one from buyers who dropped-out close to completion - during the many twists and turns of our sale. But he got us over the line in the end! I couldn't recommend him or the team highly enough.

I'm a first-time buyer and my experience with KFH couldn't have been better. Che was an absolute star, from start to finish, and I can't understate how much easier this entirely new (and complex!) experience was thanks to him. From the start, he was communicative, refreshingly frank and I felt he understood my priorities/concerns. When the purchase later hit quite a significant stumbling block due to the upwards chain, Che went over and above to find a solution everyone was happy with and the process could continue. The market is quite something at the moment yet we managed to find somewhere lovely thanks to the stellar efforts of Jack Terzoli keeping us posted on new properties about to come on the market. He was also extremely helpful answering all our questions and working to fix any snags during the referencing stage. Khadijah Ezra was also absolutely amazing both patiently answering questions as well as offering to meet the internet engineer for us (as there was a delay in the key handover before the scheduled appointment.) We had the pleasure of having Abdi and Jack help us find a new place in Crouch End this year and they were both SUPER!! Impressed with the professionalism of KFH Crouch End from the very start - Barrington who did the initial marketing and in fact suggested to us a location to move to once we had sold, - which is exactly where we have ended up! and then Andrea, who took over the actual viewings and the handling of the sale until completion. We sold in less than a week - and a huge thanks to Andrea and all the team - moving from our family home of 28 years was a huge upheaval and he was so reassuring and encouraging throughout. He could not have been more professional and kept both ourselves and our buyers up to date continually throughout a long and tortuous process - following up endlessly with all those dealing with other parts of the chain to ensure that there were minimal delays, and at least keeping everyone informed where delays inevitably occurred further up the chain. My review is specifically for Tee Abraha. My partner and I were moving from Australia to London and had the pleasure of dealing with Tee in our search for a flat to rent before we arrived. Tee seemed quite knowledgeable and allowed us to inspect a flat via video, which was very convenient. She behaved very professionally, and was great to deal with, which was refreshing as she was not your typical dry difficult to deal with letting agent with no clue. We were able to secure the flat that we had viewed via video, and Tee went above and beyond for my partner and I trying to resolve any issues we might have come across.
