I have had a wonderful experience with Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward Crouch End. We have used them previously and both times they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish on our lettings journey. This time I was lucky enough to be working with Sienna Whyte - she was a breath of fresh air and I think KFH seems to really set itself apart from other incredibly sales-pushing agents. She only sent me properties that fit my criteria - which is a huge relief - as no one likes to waste their time. She was very personable, honest, authentic, efficient and just an all around pleasure to work with. I really hate feeling pressured or like agents are doing a big sales pitch when I know a property isn't right. She listened to what I was after and as soon as something came up that fit the bill she called me and I was able to secure a flat I really love. Finding a flat in London is never easy, however, Patrycja made our experience as easy as possible. I called because of a particular flat, she arranged the viewing next day and was very punctual - we didn't like this particular first flat - but then some days after she called about another one and she was so kind and helpful, because she had listened to our requierements. The 2nd flat we saw was exactly what we wanted and she gave us all the important details to make a successful offer. After our offer was accepted by the landlord - we got transfered to another agency to proceed with the contracts (stage in which we are now) - hopefully they are as good as Patrycja was!

Amazing experience getting my first house to rent in London. We worked with Patrycja to secure the deal. She and her team were available until late in the night to answer our emails in order to ensure that our contracts could be completed on time. There were several compications with our paperwork but Patrycja and the rest of the team were able to guide us through solving each problem to make sure that all our documents were correct. The whole process, from initial application to signing of the final deal took three days. Very happy with the whole experience
