We had a great experience with KFH! We had 6 weeks for our mortgage offer to expire and a the house of our dreams! And the team was immediately available to help us achieve completion by then to keep our mortgage lower! And we did it. From daily updates to push with both mine and the developers solicitor, we have just moved and couldn’t be happier! Ellie from KFH Lee has been great at helping my wife and I find our new home. She answered many of our questions and responds promptly to communications. We originally saw a different property with her a few weeks ago. When another property came back on the market recently, we went for a first viewing on a Wednesday. Ellie explained the situation very clearly. We really liked the property and Ellie was able to arrange a second viewing the next evening. Things developed quickly on Friday, and Ellie maintained constant communication with me, which was much appreciated. We eventually reached a positive outcome. I would recommend Ellie and KFH if you are looking to buy a property. They are professional and responsive.

Avoid. I won’t get into the details but our dealing with KFH seemed to include every negative stereotype of estate agents. Poor communication and no trust in what we heard when we did speak. Mel was great picking up our file on the last day before we exchanged. She clearly told us the truth and made clear the fact we had been stalled with lies. When we went to collect the keys to our new house, I had to ask them if they needed to see my ID. Honestly we could have left with the keys after just saying the address to the house. At the end of the day, this is still a service experience and our interaction with this office lacked any idea of that feeling to the customer.
