GoogleMe and my family was looking for a new home to rent out in Lewisham and I was looking for a good agent and tried calling few places. However the most friendly place I have found is KFH. They reached me so quickly and made a true effort to find me the place. Edmund Abaton was the senior agent we worked with. He was so easily reachable and made an extra effort to find us the best place. We found him so friendly and helpful. We are so thankful to him. We are happily settled down in our new home now.

GoogleOur property in south-east London was looked after by another agent for many years. Their incompetence, coupled with the property manager going on maternity leave without informing us was the final straw. When we asked Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward (KFH) to look for new tenants for us, the experience was stress-free. It was like a breath of fresh air. KFH found us tenants within two weeks of putting our property on-line. Their Lettings Branch Director, Elliot Swaby and his staff, Jade Nash and Aubrey Hamiliton-Jack, worked as a team to carry out the administration and completed the Tenancy Agreement to our satisfaction. GoogleUsing estates agents can be a really daunting experience for renters. I was looking for a flat on pretty short notice and decided to go through KFH, and I can say it was the best decision I made. Jade Nash was the first point of contact and she made the whole process very smooth. She followed up throughout even though I did not secure the first flat we viewed. Very lovely personality and gave a lot of detail on the landlords & property. Very professional and gives a very personalised experience you even forget youβre viewing a flat! Overall very happy with how quickly I got a flat that I fell in love with and the quality of the service I received. Would absolutely recommend Jade to anyone in the Lewisham/Blackheath/ Greenwich area looking for βhomelyβ flats with a beautiful story/history :)

GoogleOur recent house search with KFH was made very stress free by the professional and proactive attitude of Jade Nash. Jade has exceptional work ethics, a rare attribute hard to find in people these days. It was a pleasure to deal with Jade who was very thorough, polite and efficient throughout the process from viewing, referencing etc. Jade was updating Pattra and I at every stage, and successfully helped us to secure and concluded the rental of the beautiful and well located flat. GoogleOutstanding service from the beginning to the end. Edmund Abatan was the one dealing with my case and helped me renting out the property I currently live in. I can say that Edmund exceeded my expectations and has an amazing integrity and respect for the others that you can rarely meet nowadays. I cannot talk about the rest of his colleagues, but I highly recommend Edmund. Keep doing what you are doing, Edmund, because thereβs a reason why you are there. Wish you all the best.

GoogleReally good experience with the KFH team. Kieran was my estate agent and was a great communicator from beginning to end. He knew I had been looking for a property for a few years now. Gave me useful tips at the beginning of the process especially. Felt I was listened to throughout the process and my thoughts and issues were relayed accurately to the seller in order for me to happily securely complete the purchase! Thank you Kieran!

GoogleGreat personable service from KHF Lee Lettings. KFH were proactive offering to take care of the letting side of things when we bought our new home (through KFH Lee Sales). Elliot came over to see the property first and gave some great advice. As we never let the property before we needed a lot of hand holding which the team provided in abundance. we got on offer on the third (!!) viewing and struck a deal within a week! Then Edmund and Sonny were guiding us through what we needed to do as a landlord. Overall, an excellent experience with KFH Lettings!

GoogleI was helping my friend Selma to try and find a flat in London. She has Asperger's Syndrome and had previously struggled to find a place in London, despite being an excellent tenant, having a rent guarantor, and so on. Edmund Abatan at KFH in Lee was absolutely fantastic from the moment he introduced himself. He offered a brilliant service throughout and was extremely accommodating to Selma's requirements. He is truly a credit to an industry that is rarely celebrated for its kindness and honesty.

Google3 stars just because everything related to real-estate is a horror I have had both good and bad experiences with this agency.. but I guess thatβs normal. One thing I could definitely guarantee is that Edmund Abatan is great at his job! He genuinely cares about helping people find a suitable property (and he actually gets back to you on time!). I have had poor luck when it comes to finding the right place to rent, but Edmund is always trying his best to help me out! I would definitely describe him as professional, empathetic, and a great agent; both towards the landlord and towards any potential tenant! Real Estate Agencies need more genuine people like him Good job!

GoogleI have been letting my property through KFH for over 20 years and in all that time I have never had a bad experience. The service has been exceptional. I live in Australia and have had to rely heavily on KFH to find my tenants and look after my property. Edmund Abatan in the Lee office has been responsible for finding my tenants in more recent times and he has been fantastic. Always happy to speak to me outside work hours due to time differences, polite, professional and responsive. I highly recommend Edmund Abatan and KFH. Thank you for your ongoing support.

GoogleWe moved to KFH from another estate agent and it has been peaceful bliss since Elliot took over for us! The processes seem to be meticulous and we are reminded of every stage with lots of notice. It has completely taken any pressure and stress away from me (a mum and running my own business). Elliot is so friendly and professional. He recently oversaw the advertisement of our property and around 30-40 viewings. We had several offers and some a significant amount above the asking price (which was at the top end anyway). He sent us detailed bios of all of the prospective tenants for us to select. The existing tenants then changed their minds and wanted to stay. Because they were such good tenants we allowed them to do this. Subsequently we ended up with a significant rent increase, kept our existing tenants, didnβt have the hassle of having to come up to London to do inventories etc AND KFH didnβt charge us anything at all for all their hard work. Thank you so much, we really appreciate it and it hasnβt gone unrewarded; we are delighted with our outcome and your professional and honest manner.

Though I didnβt end up buying through her as I found my dream home elsewhere I just wanted to give her the recognition she deserves! Sheβs the only agent (and Iβve dealt with a lot over the last few months!) who actually took a genuine interest in my needs and wants. She showed my partner and I a few properties and I can honestly say she made the viewing experience so enjoyable! Sheβs friendly, honest and genuine unlike most pushy agents and I cannot recommend her enough! If youβre looking to buy in Lee, call Tate! GoogleI recently used KFH at Lee (SE12) as a letting agents to find me a tenant for my property. Edmund Abatan was very professional the whole way through the process and answered every question I had, no matter how silly it may have seemed! If he didn't know the answer, he would find out and got back to me very quickly. Edmund is very polite and well mannered, and I really appreciated the full attention he offered me.
