GoogleArnaud did a great job on the sale of my leasehold flat. He was responsive, calm, courteous and got a fantastic result. He didn't push too hard but still kept the urgency up when needed. Really nice guy to work with and I would definitely recommend listing through KFH in Lee. Shout out to Ramsay as well for getting things going and keeping tabs through the process.

GoogleHad a really great experience house-hunting with KFH. Melonie Farr was extremely helpful and professional. She showed us around several properties that ticked our boxes and was very in tune with what we wanted as first-time home buyers. Hopefully we won't be in need of their services for a long time but if so, we would not hesitate to use them again.

Particularly the agent Jade Nash has been timely and effiecient from the viewing all the way to the referencing process. She has made everything very pleasant for me. GoogleFantastic Service, Jenna made the whole process of letting out my property an enjoyable experience. From the beginning she explained in detail the different types of services they can provide us and the step-by-step process of how things will flow from on stage to the other. She always punctual with our meeting, patient with repeated questions and very professional in her attitude. We were lucky that the very first viewer rented the flat. GoogleWe recently secured a rental accommodation through KFH. Our lettings agent Edmund Abatan was really helpful and prompt answering questions and highlighting what needed to be done. The initial viewing arrangements were quick and easy via WhatsApp & once the accommodation was secured the rental paperwork was straightforward and not at all cumbersome as is with some agencies. No complaints at all, a good service 👍

GoogleOur experience with Jonathan at the Lee branch of KFH has been superb. We made a decision to put our house on the market during the lockdown, Jonathan and team were excellent at getting our house marketed, working with us on the strategy. We had multiple offers and sold above asking within a couple of weeks. The sale process has been quite stressful (not due to Jonathan I hasten to add!), and Jonathan and team have been with us all of the way, exceptionally responsive and very proactive in solving issues. I’m sure there are cheaper options, but I don’t believe we would have achieved the price, speed and service that Jonathan and team provided. GoogleFantastic Customer Service! Very happy seller 😆😆😆😆 2 viewings 1 offer 1 sale completed! I’m very happy and impressed by the level of attention to detail and readiness to go the extra mile. I had my house on the market with another agency for almost a year and KFH secured a good offer within a week of marketing it. Jonathan and Kieran were very professional and kept me up to date throughout the entire process which took away part of the stress which comes with selling and buying property. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!
