GoogleIt’s said that one of the most stressful things in life is selling your home. And I’ll admit I’ve always been wary of estate agents. The anecdotal tales of spivs and wide boys guarded my handshake as I greeted the prospective reps from local firms whilst deciding who to use. But one firm shone through the ‘yes man’ BS and actually gave me a real confidence. That firm was KFH in Lee. From the initial meet with Ramsay I got the feeling I was in safe and experienced hands. KFH gave a realistic valuation and were tireless in their efforts thereafter. Jonathan and Kieran were always proactive and professional. And I must commend Sarah for her tireless professionalism and attention to detail that really cut these guys above the rest. Danelle and the others were exemplary in their efforts. And the whole team made a very challenging procedure go as smoothly as it could. KFH was a safe pair of hands.

GoogleWe sold our house through KFH in September 2019. They were a fantastic agent who we would thoroughly recommend. When they valued our house they came in much higher than any other agent, however they were able to back up their excellent sales credentials with examples of houses they had sold for good prices in the local area. They marketed the house diligently, professionally and efficiently. There was constant booking of appointments and we were delighted to have received 2 competitive offers within 2 weeks in what we feared was a relatively flat market. Following the acceptance of the offer they continued to be professional and we felt like valued clients until the day of completion. We considered going with an online agent which would have meant a lower fee, however we have massively benefited from having a face to face agent who knew the local market well. Thank you KFH Lee (special thanks to Kieran, Jonathan and Danielle who were excellent) for making the transaction run as smoothly as possible.

James kept us updated on the chain on a regular basis, and kept the process on track, as far as he was able, chasing up solicitors, whenever there was a delay. When our purchasers' solicitors, Countrywide (incompetent and careless throughout, do not use!), screwed up on the names on the contract, James sent a member of staff up to London to get the amended documents signed. Very impressed with the service we got from all the staff at KFH Lee.

GoogleI recently purchased my first home through the KFH Lee branch in South East London. Zack Little was the estate agent I used from the branch and he was fab. Genuinely good natured, polite, personable and professional, Zack knows his market and his customers. He is very considered, and politely persistent, in his approach. He doesn’t show you just any property in the hope of making a sale, he’ll take the time to get to know you and work out what you’d like. Basically, he listens. Zack made my first home buying experience an enjoyable one. He’s a genuinely nice guy with a great personality, who takes the time to listen to find the right properties - and the home he found me is just perfect.

I had my property on the market with another estate agent originally and after 3 months got frustrated with lack of communication, little viewings and no offers. After switching to KFH, the property was under offer in 2 weeks and we exchanged / completed within 8 weeks. Franck Rouget was outstanding. Professional, honest and fantastic communication skills. GoogleI've just exchanged on the sale of my flat in Hither Green with Jonathan Lawrie of KFH, and was extremely satisfied with the service I received. The transaction has been a slow and painful one for reasons beyond our control, and Jonathan helped keep things on track to the extent that I'm certain the sale would have fallen through at several points without him. I found everyone I dealt with at the branch to be really helpful, and the photography process extremely professional. My advice would be to work with KFH to establish an asking price that you know instinctively to be achievable, as I felt they went in a little high at first. But once we'd got that right, it was to the benefit of all parties, and is not a criticism, just a point to consider. Thank you to Jonathan and all the team, it hasn't been enjoyable but it has been memorable, and I couldn't have asked for anything more!

He is friendly, quick to respond, provided good advice at the negotiating phase, was accommodating when we/or potential contractors needed to visit the property. Franck also kept tabs on the progress of the sale on a daily basis and went out of his way to remove any potential obstacles and avoid delays.
