GoogleHaving called around 14 estate agents in one day, Jenna was the first to be genuinely interested, friendly and went out of her way to help us. Thanks to her we were lucky enough to have our first and only offer accepted and are very grateful for her professional and personable manner. She's an excellent representative of KFH and has changed my view of large estate agent chains.

GoogleWe were very happy with KFH and dealt with Daniel Webster, who found us a buyer straightaway and dealt with our enquiries and issues very promptly. The selling of our property was far less stressful than previous experiences because of KFH and their professional team and generally helpful attitudes. I would definitely use this agent again, as for me this is the best one by far (I have used 4 different ones before).

GoogleI've been working with Edmund out of the Lee branch looking for a rental property for my son. Nothing seems to be to much trouble for Edmund, he's punctual, factual and extremely professional but with real personality which makes what could be a task ( flat hunting0 a pleasure. I have just started a very difficult research in Lee/Hither Green/Lewisham, and we have very specific needs and criteria, so I reckon it will be a tough one, but Sarah is proving extremely professional, helpful, proactive with proposals, and always very clear and thorough in her answers. I`m really confident that with her precious help I will soon find the right property.

GoogleThe house sale went through very quickly once the offer had been accepted and it was smooth running. I'll admit I found the whole process stressful, as it was something I hadn't done before and was not aware of the ins and outs. But the team at KFH in Lee were as helpful as possible in guiding what needed to be done to make it a smooth exchange.
