I am here to thank Emily Williams at KF&H Beckenham for her support in completing the sale of our flat. For us, selling to the sitting tenant should have been a straightforward transaction. However, the purchaser did not have English as a first language, nor any idea about how the sale and purchase process operates. Ergo, they employed a representative to act on their behalf who was unreliable at best and obstructive at worst, and then solicitors whose responses and response times were equally unhelpful. Emily remained professional, polite and positive throughout what turned out to be a ridiculously complex transaction as a result of the buyer’s advisors’ ineptitude. Estate Agents are generally trusted as little as politicians, accountants and social media influences; but in my experience, Emily is the opposite. Highly recommended.

We dealt extensively with Emily at KFH Beckenham in our search for a property and i would have no hesitation in highly recommending her to someone looking to sell their house in the area. Emily was excellent in every respect. She clearly has exceptional qualities, experience and a deep understanding of her local market. We had the best experience with Catherine Wood at KFH Beckenham. It was a complicated sale, but Catherine was a brilliant communicator, anticipated potential issues ahead of time, and worked so hard to ensure our move worked out. When problems arose within our chain Catherine was on it, establishing what was going on, fighting our corner and proposing a successful solution. We honestly think it could all have fallen through if not for Catherine , we couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent, we’ll be recommending her and KFH Beckenham to everyone!

I simply couldn’t rate Jesse and his team ie Charlotte high enough. I was initially nervous because I was changing agents and obviously didn’t know them at all. I was incredibly nervous about the process of finding a place as a first-time buyer. However, Catherine Wood has been exceptional. I almost didn’t attend the first viewing for my property because I was running a bit late. I was also super anxious. Catherine was patient and encouraging.
