All, a little bit of a late review but KFH did a very efficient job of selling my 2-bedroom flat in Beckenham in 2024. The diagnosis of the flat's value - I think - was spot on from the start and it sold within a very reasonable period of time. This was the first time I have sold a flat and the expertise and professional help was invaluable, not least because the transaction was part of a larger operation involving multiple properties to secure a purchase and avoid the problems of a 'chain'. Avoid KFH if you value proactive property management. My property point of contact has been very slow to provide the assistance I needed regarding a serious rent arrears situation. In the current regulatory climate, a passive estate agent is a huge liability. A total waste of rent collection fees. I am disappointed that I’ve had to follow up several times via phone and email just to get an update. This has been a very upsetting experience, and frankly, I expected much better service from a company of your reputation. Follow up to KFH's response: While I appreciate the response, the suggestion that KFH is unaware of my situation is disappointing. My details and the ongoing issues with my property are well-documented in your database, and your team is fully aware of the case I am referring to. The need for me to leave a public review simply to receive a standard response highlights the lack of proactive service I have experienced. While I am now in contact with your team, it has required a disproportionate amount of my time and resources to reach this point. I expect to see a genuine commitment to resolving these matters effectively moving forward, rather than just managed communication on public platforms.

They keep me informed on issues that concern me as a landlord and make managing my property from overseas a breeze. Very disappointing experience with KFH. Everything seemed helpful and straightforward before signing the tenancy, but unfortunately the level of support changed significantly once we moved in. We have experienced multiple issues with the property and have had to repeatedly chase for updates and solutions. Instead of taking ownership and resolving concerns, we often feel that responsibility is simply being passed elsewhere. Renting a home should not become a constant source of stress, particularly when tenants are paying substantial rent and reasonably expect issues to be dealt with professionally and promptly. Unfortunately, based on our experience so far, I cannot recommend KFH. I hope the service improves and our outstanding concerns are finally resolved.
