GoogleWe had a genuinely great experience with Jed at the Southfields office. Finding somewhere to rent as a student can be quite stressful, but from the start he made the whole process feel much more straightforward. We had bad experiences in the past with agencies and agents not being informed about the property or needing to chase them through the process. Jed really listened to what we were looking for and only showed us places that actually suited us (we understand we can be picky 😄), which saved a lot of time and hassle.
Jed was always easy to get hold of, kept us updated throughout, and was honest about every step of the process. Nothing ever felt too much trouble, and he dealt with any questions quickly and professionally.
What stood out most was how much of the stress he took off our shoulders. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, we felt like someone was genuinely looking after us and helping us find the right home.
We'd happily recommend Jed and KFH Southfields to anyone looking to rent in the area. Thanks again!
