Very disappointing experience with KFH. We moved into a property that, in my view, had not been properly prepared following the previous tenancy. The walls had not been repaired or repainted, the carpets were old and noticeably dirty, and the overall condition did not reflect the standard I would expect after professional cleaning. There also appeared to have been a clear opportunity between tenancies to inspect, repair, clean and properly prepare the property, but many issues were still present when we moved in. What is particularly disappointing is the apparent lack of attention during the check-out and handover process. As incoming tenants, we have been left dealing with problems that should reasonably have been identified and addressed beforehand. I understand that the landlord has since stopped working with KFH and appointed a different management company. Based on our experience, I expected a much higher standard of inspection, property preparation and accountability from a company of KFH’s size and reputation.

We had an amazing experience with KFH Southfields when we needed to sell our home. Laura and her team were extremely professional, knowledgable and excellent communicators. When we first started the selling process we met with multiple agencies and KFH stood out above the others due to their professionalism and the data they presented to us of similar homes as well as those in our immediate neighbourhood. They also took the time to truly listen to us regarding our goals with the sale and helped us decide on a sales strategy and price point that would meet our needs. It was an easy decision to choose KFH and we were happy with them throughout the entire process. They sold our home within a week of it being listed, despite another agency telling us it was a "difficult neighbourhood" to sell in. The KFH team were diligent in moving the process along with our solicitor and the buyer's solicitor and we completed the sale much quicker than we anticipated. I have been above-and-beyond impressed by KFH Sales and by Connor, in particular. I was unexpectedly in the position to look for flats as a first-time buyer, and Connor made the search an absolute breeze. He was friendly, honest, and always on time for property viewings. I eventually found a flat I loved, but was confused on navigating the purchase as a FTB. When the conveyancing process became protracted, and I felt abandoned by my solicitor, Connor was there every step of the way helping to push the sale through. He even explained steps in the process that my solicitor glossed over! I felt respected and valued by Connor, even though he was working for the seller, his client. At no point did I ever feel that Connor was working against my interests, and he managed to bring the sale to completion through his patience, determination and regular check-ins with all parties. I would absolutely recommend KFH for any house-buying needs and will use them in the future if I ever decide to sell.
