Honestly this is the best firm to deal with as they meet all your needs and are very professional and hands on just be the first phone call. Kiara is the best she gave me insight and was very polite before handing me to a negotiator. Just by her professionalism I will definitely be doing business with the company.

GoogleBig Thank you to Grant Dunston for a very easy and enjoyable purchase of a property in Southfields. We had a target date and Grant did everything to achieve it. Additionally very helpful in gaining access to property when we needed trades people to submit quotes. Grant had a huge knowledge of market in this area, would recommend to anyone considering selling or buying.

GoogleWhat a wonderful estate agency. We had a terrible first experience with another agency, and came across KFH in our hunt for a perfect property. Laura was so welcoming and happy to help us whatever we needed. She (and Lloyd) helped us find the perfect property and went above and beyond to help us secure it. Their kindness (and patience with our many questions!) was unparalleled. We will be forever grateful to everyone at KFH, especially Laura, for helping us find our happy place. Cannot recommend them enough. If we ever need to move again, KFH is the place to go. Thank you all so much.

After initially enquiring about a property that had already been let, Dorota carefully took all my details and found us a property that perfectly matched all of our needs, going above and beyond. We have since put in a successful offer and have been working closely with Dorota to work through the application process and she has made it all so easy. Dorota communicates effectively and is so knowledgable about the property and any questions we might have. She has kept us up to date constantly and has always been contactable at any point if needed. She has found us a dream home and made it all look easy! I would highly recommend anyway looking to rent in Southfields to contact her 😉

GoogleKeith has been amazing start to finish whilst looking for our new flat. As soon as we saw the flat we knew we wanted to see it and got in straight away. He had great knowledge of the space and area, as me and my housemate are new to SW he has gone above and beyond recommending nice places near by. Keith has been very accommodating by letting us come back for a second look and flexible around our time. He is also stayed in communication about all the admin bits and been fantastic at replying to our many questions!

GoogleI couldn't recommend KFH in Southfields more highly. From the initial meeting for a valuation (for rental and sales) Jay and his team have gone above and beyond to provide assistance, without being at all pushy, which I have experienced at other places. They were extremely informative, proving a lot of information I could take away and review about the local area, similar properties they had sold and let, and how the market is. Throughout the renovation of the flat prior to putting it on the market, they were so helpful in offering advice, and even went to the property to ensure everything was cleared after the builders were there so it was completely ready for the new tenants to move in. The entire process from start to finish has been run extremely professionally and went so smoothly - they are an exemplary team! Thanks also to Keith and Grace who have provided continued support when we have been out of London, but still managed to ensure all the paperwork was sorted for us. GoogleIt's our first time renting a property and using KFH in Southfields. Keith has been helping us find the right property and managed to do that on his first try, mind you it wasn't the property we enquired about, but one that he recommended we should see. Although it was a little bit more than we had initially wanted to pay, it ticked all of the box's for us and was in a great location that actually exceeded our expectations. So, a massive thank you to Keith for finding this for us. The whole process has been really good and lot less daunting than we were expecting. Keith has made things very easy and simple for us. He's been really transparent and quick to respond on any queries we've raised as well as chasing any documentation for us that was needed. He's also escalated any issues to his manager Jay (who's also been really helpful), to get them resolved as soon as possible. Overall our experience has been really good and we'd definitely recommend Keith and the KFH team at Southfields for your renting needs.

She really listened to what we were looking for, sent us options that really fitted the brief so we felt like we weren’t wasting time and helped us to find the perfect place! He's been extremely accommodating when arranging the viewings and has stayed in close communication with us afterward as we went through the letting process. Honestly, we would be lost without him and wouldn't have the wonderful new flat we're moving into either. Huge respect to Keith and all the work he did for us and not doubt the work he does for everybody else.

GoogleWe had to find a rental place in SW London whilst being overseas and the KFH team did a great job sending us videos of various properties and giving us viewings via video. Dorota Trybala was our main contact and very easy to work with. She responded quickly and clearly on all matters and meeting her in person after we moved in was a lovely experience. We are very happy with our rental and the overall experience.
