She managed our complex situation for both the sellers of the property we were buying but also was key in achieving the sale of our flat which was on with a different agent! Laura was very familiar with every stage of the process and ensured we were too. Would highly recommend KFH and Laura for any future buyers/sellers.

GoogleFabulous estate agent. Laura suggested more suitable properties than all the other estate agents in Southfields combined, and found me my new home. When she called me about this flat, off the books with no photos, I trusted her enough to travel up from South London to see it, and I'm glad I did. Laura is friendly, genuine, and professional. Looking at the other reviews, it seems the other team members are too.

Right from the initial meeting through to completion, we have nothing but praise for KFH, notably Connor Munro and Laura Thompson. Both were extremely professional but personable, efficient, knowledgeable, patient and seriously hardworking! Highly recommended.

GoogleI cannot recommend the people at KFH in Southfields more, and in a world where sites like Purple Bricks exist, they truly showed why paying for an estate agent to act for you is in fact still the right approach to buying a property. From day one, they came in with a professional yet positive approach to our move. Always optimistic, yet not afraid to be realistic too, which we really appreciated. They had our Flat on the market in record time, in before we knew it, we had an offer! We were selling a shared ownership property, which we thought may cause issues, however they helped guide us overcome all kinds of hurdles, some of which involved them going well above and beyond there roles. This trend continued when it came to exchanging, which due to other parties was made to be very challenging and stressful. When all other parties went quiet or slowed down, made ridiculous requests or became tricky, they were the only party to continue fighting our corner and advise in a calm and professional manner. Finally, they constantly kept us updated every step of the way, which sounds simple, but I believe is a key part of great customer service in there field that seems to be greatly missing from other estate agents / solicitors. This was invaluable, and without them, we would not have exchanged in time to make the cut off date for the stamp duty and purchase our new home. I would specifically like to thank Laura and Lloyd, who genuinely cared about us, and were willing to fight for us when no one else would. GoogleI felt KFH were extremely professional from the outset compared to other estate agencies. Commanding a greater understanding of the local property market, preparation for sale was made easy, including photographs taken professionally (not by the estate agent themselves, trust me it does happen), and the guarantee of having one dedicated professional throughout. I would also add that despite the fact I was only selling a relatively small flat it genuinely felt that they cared more so than others. Whilst I was happy with the whole KFH team, Laura was especially excellent throughout and ensured I had numerous viewings from day one, making sure these were practical for ourselves given potential homeworking. As well as providing prompt feedback from prospective buyers (generally the next morning). Throughout the actual offer acceptance process through to conclusion of sale Laura was also amazing in handling the vast array of information between various parties and ensuring the focus of moving the sale process forward and getting it over the line. Having never sold a property before I was maybe somewhat cynical about the effort it entailed but now see how valuable it is to have a specialist to manage this. The only thing I was not a fan of was the group viewings on a Saturday (as I feel people like to get a feel for your property without the pressure of others), however as I raised this in advance most viewings were private where possible. I would definitely use the services of KFH again and recommend to others. If I have not given credit enough above I would like to thank the whole KFH team (especially Laura) on the sale of my property and the onward purchase managed by Lloyd at the Southfields office.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMatthew Keddo: Our Sales Negotiator who went above and beyond what we expected. He stayed calm, professional and efficient when managing difficult situations and his communication skills are excellent. I had no idea that selling an apartment could be so fraught with snags etc. When at times I thought I was trapped in a Monty Python sketch, he was a calm voice on the phone, resolving everything. Matthew does what he says he will do. If he says he's going to call, he calls. Even if there aren't any developments to report. In an age where many hide behind voicemail or blame the Pandemic, he just gets the job done. I highly recommend Matthew and Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. Their fees are considerably less than the psychiatrist's bills you would probably need to pay if you tried to sell your property yourself! A big thank you to everyone.

He found us excellent viewings that we really liked, and was extremely accommodating when we wanted to move forward with our offers (not to mention fast!), providing any information required quickly and keeping in touch regularly. GoogleLaura Thompson - this sales negotiator is proactive, responsive, patient, efficient and willing to offer expertise or assistance in every area of the buying/selling process. Myself and my husband have had so many problems with our solicitors and yet Laura persevered and 'got the job done' with the upmost professionalism one could expect! Laura demonstrates highly valuable management skills in the ability to juggle a case load of hugely demanding clients, especially during such difficult times during the pandemic and the end of the SD holiday. Laura is in an asset to the KFH team. Hang on to this one - and promote or nominate her for staff awards!
