I'm foreigner and I just arrived in London with my first time in my life.
I was so scared of housing process in London. Even my English is poor.
But within two weeks, I have resolved my worried of housing in London.
Because of Dorota Trybala....She understood my preference and situations. So she recommended flat, processed housing, legal advice, immediate reply of my questions and compromised both sides between landlord and tenant.

GoogleWe sold our two bedroom maisonette in Southfields through KFH earlier on this year. Under tough market conditions we experienced a very smooth sales process (once our property was under offer).
Our sales negotiator was Oliver Woodward who was a pleasure to work with: Always helpful, knowledgable, responding to queries promptly and most importantly, reassuring. I feel Oliver went above and beyond, being constantly in touch with us as well as the buyers to avoid any pitfalls along the way.
It took a couple of weeks for KFH to identify suitable and proceedable buyers, we had plenty of viewings but we always got valuable feedback on the viewings conducted. Yes, we got frustrated during this period, but I guess that is normal for this stressful period. We were always notified about potential viewings in time and given enough time to prepare the flat.
Both, my husband and I, can definitely (and highly) recommend KFH to anyone looking to sell/buy a property in Southfields - they know their market and don't over promise. On the contrary, they have always been very realistic and upfront of what's possible in the current market conditions and what not.

GoogleWe registered with KFH Southfields as they appeared to be very active in this area. We were impressed with the agent who looked after us very nicely from day one, Linda Duffy. From the very first moment, Linda was able to identify and understand our requirements. She selected only properties of interest for us and we viewed a good selection of relevant properties. Linda was patient and talked us through each stage of the process until we managed to complete. She was always available to talk to us at times of high stress and managed to intermediate things at both ends of the chain in order to complete successfully. We would highly recommend Linda Duffy and that particular branch of KFH as we were very pleased with the outcome.
