GoogleKFH Southfields is absolutely recommended if you are looking for a property to rent. We have been in touch with Dorota, who knew exactly what we are looking for. She was friendly, responsive, approachable, supportive and willing to help. We couldn’t imagine better experience! Thank you Dorota, you deserve absolute best, I can’t wait to see you and your team on board in future again.

GoogleOur experience with the Southfields KFH branch was nothing short of wonderful! Mya was an absolute pleasure to work with! She made our property search really personal experience where she really listened to what we were looking for and was really able to take our requirements into account. Mya is exceptional and I could not recommend her more! If you are looking for an agent to help you on your house-hunt, look no further she is your girl!

GoogleI had a really good experience selling my home through KFH in Earlsfield. We dealt primarily with Laura Thompson who was dedicated and professional throughout the process. Even with the onslaught of Covid and the limitations put in place with lockdown, we still managed to get the result we wanted and have now happily moved out to the sticks. Thank you to Laura and the wider team at KFH.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe registered with KFH Southfields as they appeared to be very active in this area. We were impressed with the agent who looked after us very nicely from day one, Linda Duffy. From the very first moment, Linda was able to identify and understand our requirements. She selected only properties of interest for us and we viewed a good selection of relevant properties. Linda was patient and talked us through each stage of the process until we managed to complete. She was always available to talk to us at times of high stress and managed to intermediate things at both ends of the chain in order to complete successfully. We would highly recommend Linda Duffy and that particular branch of KFH as we were very pleased with the outcome. Thank you, Linda and KFH Southfields, for your hard work and dedication and for helping us to buy the house we absolutely love, Nicoleta and Mihaela.

GoogleI only had 4 days left to find a new home when I called Alvin at K&F Southfields to view a one bedroom flat. He's been very professional from the start and gave me the time to view the flat again before making a decision. The process of completing the tenancy documents was easy and smooth. Alvin also kept in touch to make sure I was settled in the new flat. I'd strongly recommend this team of friendly people. Thank you Alvin and Michelle.

GoogleMatthew Keddo has been an outstanding Estate Agent. From the onset when he showed me the property that I subsequently bought, he demonstrated knowledge, understanding and experience of buying and selling. He has at all times been highly professional, courteous, polite, supportive, giving sound advice and has always been available either via email or through the phone. I was very lucky that Matthew answered the request to view the property.

GoogleWorked with Laura who got to know us and what kind of property we were looking for. Took us to see a number of properties (which were in line with what we were looking for) until we found the one that was perfect for us. Laura was very helpful in the next stage regularly chasing us, the vendor and solicitors to ensure the exchange process took place as soon as possible.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleKFH and Connor in particular were brilliant supporting me through selling my flat. I was kept well updated and if Connor was busy, any of the team would take the time to speak to me and provide an update. I felt like I could trust them with something that is very personal and could not have done it without them!

GoogleAn absolutely brilliant letting service from KFH Southfields. Jay, Dorota and Jiffa were incredibly helpful and professional. Choosing an agent and letting your property can be daunting (especially for first timers like me) but the team seamlessly guided me through the whole process and ultimately found great tenants. Recommend unreservedly.

GoogleThis review is for Matthew in particular as he has helped me find an accommodation whilst I was abroad and with such short notice. He was always available to answer my calls and help me with my annoying questions. Once I saw the place in person it was exactly as described and exactly as the photo's he provided. I highly recommend him. Thank you so much Matthew!

GoogleConnor (KFH Southfields) was exceptionally supportive during our sale process, (in part when we were living abroad, and especially on our return). He oversaw the sale fluidly, was supportive in our search for a new property, and once ready, supported the process through to completion. Made the whole thing much easier than it might otherwise have been. Am very grateful and appreciative, can highly recommend!!
