Fast forward 12 months and my search started again; Dorota and KFH were my obvious choice and this time Dorota nailed it. Thanks for putting in the effort Dorota and finding me such a gem in Wimbledon Park!

GoogleTremendous service from start to finish through a tricky exchange and completion. Connor M was fantastic to deal with. From the point of being shown around the house we eventually bought, to exchange and completion. Connor kept every promise and expertly guided us through the process at every step. If I sell again it will be through KFH.

GoogleAs first time buyers we had very limited knowledge on purchasing a property, Colin White was extremely helpful and very patient with all of our questions. We were a bit apprehensive in dealing with any estate agents as we had heard some negative stories but Colin set the perfect tone and we never felt like we were being "sold" to. Even after completion, Colin has been very responsive. We lucked out!

GoogleHad very good service from KFH for buying a flat in Southfields. Mathew met and showed us flats on time with care and consideration. Laura was excellent throughout the process, organised and efficient and remaining calm at all times. Laura was good at keeping everyone informed and helping the process stay on track, giving advice when necessary. Very pleased to have bought through KFH.

They gave us so much of their time, found us a home which met our requirements and which we wouldn't have found through a search engine, quickly found a buyer for our property and then followed up with all parties in the chain throughout the long and turbulent process to exchange. Findon Close is a dream come true for us, thank you KFH.

GoogleKeith and team were very helpful coordinating our lease as new tenants. They were always available to answer questions and advise on status of our application. Only constructive feedback is that it did take some time to get the executed version of our lease, which we needed for schools, banks etc.
