First time buyers, with a baby on the way, my husband and I were very lucky to work with Connor Munro to find the right flat! We wanted to move before the baby arrived and Connor was so helpful in getting us there! He was always punctual on viewings, always keeping us up to date with new properties, but also giving us plenty of information about the properties. When we decided on the flat, he made things smooth by recommending a solicitor to work with, always checking in on both parties to make sure nothing slipped and we always kept the timelines we had in mind. He was absolutely brilliant in keeping us in the loop with the vendors, any questions we had and we managed to move into the flat before the baby arrived. We wholeheartedly recommend KFH, and especially Connor as he's been an absolute professional, looking for our interests in the process. An excellent, warm and friendly service from Rosie Mills, who made the initial moving in process incredibly smooth. Unfortunately KFH failed to do basic checks on behalf of the landlord (a service that he'd specifically paid for) before we moved in and consequently we were left without a boiler for a week during one of the coldest periods in February and an oven for over 8 weeks. There was no sense of urgency or initiative in resolving either issue and ourselves and the landlord found the whole process incredibly frustrating.

SW18‘s REMARKABLE SALES TEAM… In March my wife and I took the decision to sell our beloved home and next we had to decide which agent to use. We met with ‘the big four’ in the area, and Grant/KFH stood out. Confident without being arrogant, listening instead of telling, a reputation based on results, and the right balance of professionalism and being personable…it was a decision we didn’t regret for a moment. In a market where fees are broadly the same, and Rightmove is the standard vehicle for buyers to search for homes, Grant and the team delivered a level of service we have not experienced before where you win in the margins (and we have sold 4 homes previously). The pace of the team to get our home to market, with great images that we could work and re shoot as needed, coupled with the teams buyers network meant that within days we had numerous viewings…and most importantly quality buyers…not time wasters. Having looked for a property for many months, they understood exactly what we were looking for and once we found the ideal property they managed the exchange and completion process so professionally and quickly (under 2 months!). We after 2 years evicted our tenants. They left owing 30 thousand pounds and leaving the beautiful flat a wreck. Dirt everywhere ,carpets which we put in when they moved in, very dirty. Some furnature stolen. And along came Keith. Never in our wildest dreams could a person do more for us. As we know live in South Africa we were not nearby so he did everything. We sorted painters and a cleaning company. Keith went looking for a neighbor who would unlock for the cleaners early Saturday morning etc. Keith found us a stunning lady tenant and helped her settle in. Every problem he just said don't worry and sorted it out. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms he sorted with a laugh n smile. All we kept doing was appoligising every time I contacted him.
