Millie was absolutely fantastic throughout our house sale. She was approachable, honest and genuinely went above and beyond, often working on her days off and outside of normal hours to help chase things up and get solicitor documents through and sorted. What really stood out was how relatable, empathetic and human she was. She gave us honest, professional advice throughout, particularly when we encountered difficulties along the way, none of which were the fault of Millie or KFHS, and always helped us navigate things calmly and sensibly. Selling and buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but having someone like Millie in your corner makes such a difference. We always felt that she genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us, rather than simply doing a job. We honestly couldn’t recommend Millie highly enough. An absolute credit to KFHS and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish!

When we came to organise a viewing with KFH, our agent Joe Ogden, was so helpful and efficient. We were able to organise a viewing within two days, and ended up signing the contract within a week. Joe was so proactive and friendly throughout the process, and took our every concern seriously. He made it such an exciting experience for us, especially compared to all the stress and hassle we had been dealing with up to that point! When moving was 5 stars because your pressurised by them to give a good review for there own selfishness we was at a property 4 years and the owner told them he wanted the property back then it it was a case of you have two months to get out staff were unresponsive and repeatedly never returned calls we had 3 days left on the tenancy and there was no help whatsoever this is a family of three renting a 3 bedroom house at £1600 a month all working stay away from these horrendous agents at all costs my god I was terrified my family would be homeless these people are are disgraceful
