I had a great experience with the Bromley team of KFH. I had my property valued by Daniel in July and within days my house was on the market, I had many viewings before the property was even live online, and most importantly it was sold within two weeks, just as predicted by the knowledgeable team at KFH. From accepting the offer to the exchange date I have been so unlucky with the process, due to a very long chain and other unreliable estate agents dealing with the other sellers. Fortunately KFH Bromley was really hands on, and Daniel helped us in this stressful process and was honest, extremely reliable and I couldn’t recommend him enough. Buying and selling a house is one of the most stressful things to do, so having the right people to help you in the process is essential, so choose wisely when it comes to estate agents ! I cannot recommend the team at KFH enough. Demi Leigh and the team nailed it for me recently. They were prompt, professional and kind and this has been the case when dealing with sales or rentals so far. Having had an issue with a property purchase, I was running out of time to move and Demi immediately flexed her day to accommodate a last minute viewing. Demi manages expectations with some refurbishments but took time to assure me of the time frame to completion making sure I was fully informed. Was very happy with how flexible and adaptable KFH Bromley were willing to be with my rental search. I'm moving to Bromley from Scotland and couldn't do in person viewings, almost no other letting agency would do virtual viewings but Demi-Leigh from the Bromley office was more than happy to do video recorded viewings for me to view at a time that suited my schedule. She was also very quick to assist with my application and any questions I had and got back to me very promptly if she wasn't available when I called. I was very happy with the way KFH dealt with letting out my property. Within 6 days of giving instruction they had collected the keys, arranged photos, marketed the property, conducted several viewings and secured an offer.
