Becca handled our purchase with extreme professionalism from the beginning to the end, she was quick to respond to emails and was regularly keeping check of progress. She was happy to offer friendly advice and steps to take when we were not sure how to keep things moving. The rest of the staff were just as helpful when I could not directly get hold of Becca. Messages were passed on and I was confident there were good lines of communication within the branch. Unfortunately, the Estate Agents for my sale were not KFH; they were the complete opposite of how good KFH were. I would recommend using KFH for any future business and highly commend Becca for her excellence throughout.

My partner and I just completed the process for purchasing our first home with KFH and we had such a great experience working with Rebecca Ayres and the whole team. We first started with a full whole day of viewings and Becca drove us all around the area showing us properties that were a great mix of things we were interested and I feel like she made such a great effort to show us things that were right for us. This 5 star is for Brooke alone. I had a pretty good experience with Brooke when I rented a 3 bed house in Bromley toward Christmas last year. Brooke was amazing at her job and kept me updated. The only thing I’ll say about the company is that they might want to put a policy in place around properly checking that the houses they take on and put on the market is up to standard with regards to cleanliness, electrical etc. This isn’t a review on the house but the issue is that you only find out about the house when you actually start living in it. The estate agents can save us renters the headache of having to deal with huge cleaning bills and the time and effort on top of a hefty monthly rental charge by ensuring that the homes they rent out is up to standard!! One other thing I’ll like to point out is that the teams within the office need to communicate. I was asked to cancel by DD by one of their staff members and then a couple of days later, someone in the accounts department sent me an email asking why it was cancelled etc etc. It might be little, but such things really grate on me.

I would give more than 5 star if I could. From going in to make our initial enquiries in June, Demi (Demi Lett) has been absolutely brilliant with constant updates on properties she believed matched our preference and she would sometimes just give a quick call to first check up on us and then ask if we were still looking to move which made it feel very relaxed and not pushy. We've signed up with various letting agents which were absolutely rubbish but KFH topped it up for us. Even after viewing and declining some properties, Demi would always say "if anything comes up, I'll sure give you a call" and trust me she kept to her words and didn't give up on us. Demi is very professional with a very bubbly personality, she made the whole process stress free for me as I was 7 months pregnant at the time and we really wanted to welcome our newborn who was due in August into our new home. Honestly, my husband and I can't thank Demi enough for giving us not just a house but a home which we absolutely love. We did get sorted and finally moved into our new flat a week before our baby girl was born. Unlike other letting agents, once you're sorted its ok bye, next? We were very surprised to get a card from Demi welcoming us into our new home which was very sweet. This is definitely the best letting agent we've dealt with and I highly recommend Demi because she does add great value to the role. Shout out to the whole KFH Bromley team, very friendly atmosphere but SPECIAL shout out to Demi for her five star customer service. Demi was amazing! Other than being very helpful and knowledgeable and answering all the questions she had, she went above and beyond in helping us get the house we fell for. When circumstances beyond her control meant our move-in date looked at risk, she worked so hard to get everything back under control and managed the impossible to get us in when we wanted.
