GoogleBrooke Williams is an absolute star. We had a fairly difficult time of it selling our house and we were then looking for somewhere to rent through KFH. Brooke was so understanding all the way through the process. After our initial house sale fell through I got back in touch 5 months later to look again for rental properties; 5 months on and she remembered my name, my husband's name and my daughter's. So not only is Brooke efficient, smart, and thoroughly professional, she also has a real personal touch which does not go unnoticed and is much appreciated.

GoogleThe experience of working with KHF and Jack in particular was excellent. He worked very hard to keep me clam when things were not progressing. He did all that he could to get the communication process along the chain to be as smooth as possible. He kept me in the loop along the journey and always remainedd professional and insightful. There was only one error he made with me which was he put the sold board up before checking with me and obtaining my agreement. This was obtained after the board had been errected. The rest of the staff team were very professional, each department/section responded in a timely manner. provided consistent information, advice and support.

I found Rebecca very professional and responsive. She clearly knew the estate agent landscape very well, kept on top of the transaction and was proactive about resolving difficulties when they arose.
This even extended to resolving some issues of communication between solicitors. Phone calls and emails were quickly returned and other colleagues were excellent in filling in when Rebecca was not in the office.
