GoogleI had my property for sale first with another agent and had a handful of viewings. Emily gave me very good appraisal and explained the market. Everything happened exactly as she had predicted. Malica, Tom and Rebecca were brilliant supporting me through the sale process. They went the extra mile and kept everyone up to date. I felt supported and understood. Two other neighbours have had their houses sold with KFH since mine went up for sale, both with great experiences. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe had our property on the rental market for nearly 6 weeks with another agent who had failed to find a suitable tenant. Victoria and the team kept in regular contact to see if they could help and when later deciding to instruct them they marketed our flat. Their marketing is impressive and they had viewings on the property within 24 hours and then secured a tenant within 48 hours. The tenant moved in 2 weeks later. Special thanks to Patrick who has been particularly professional and communicative through the whole process.

GoogleRecently I had a very bad experience with KFH. Our Hob was triped and unable to cook. Reported the issue as an emergency as we had to get takeaways. Tracked the property management team for updates. But nothing happened and no more updates. Checked with the KFH team in person. But still nothing happened and no updates till. The same happened a few months back for another issue. Feels like negligence. Very poor management.

GoogleI was looking for a new rental property, I had contacted various agents, Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward, responded in record time. Joe Ogden met us at the property, he was really welcoming, had a non-judgemental manner. When I fell in love with the property, he assisted in ensuring that my offer was accepted (very handy hints!). Following the acceptance, the sign up was prompt and hassle free - I would highly recommend this Agent. P.S. I am very happy in a lovely spacious well-maintained property.

GoogleOver a year on and I have nothing but praise for the Bromley KFH team. Superstar Victoria Saunders is Friendly and helpful, yet the consummate professional. She is always on hand, nothing is too much trouble and even when things should be stressful, she still maintains an aura of calm. Christian White helped place my 2nd tenant and once again proved his ability as a strong negotiator who never fails to get the deal done. I’m the first to complain if things wrong but hope, the first to compliment when things are done right. And thus far into my relationship with this team, everything has been right! Please also note my original review from my previous tenancy below. Often we hear the phrase ‘brand new customers only’ but in this case there is also a loyalty to those who are already there. Previous Review: KFH in Bromley have a professional and helpful letting team. I initially spoke with Anita who talked me through the process of letting my flat. She was concise and very helpful. Christian White then managed to entice two prospective tenants. His negotiations were seemless and surpassed my expectations. He has been helpful, professional and is a credit to the Bromley team.

In particular Malica Hunt - from the moment Malica showed us the house, she was always friendly, easily accessible and maintained a steady level of communication with us to keep us informed on progresses with the purchase. During the purchase of our house, Malica sadly was put on Furlough and Emily Williams took over the case. Emily Williams was also equally a great deal of help. She helped negotiate a lower purchase price (given COVID) and she was equally very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to KFH and their brilliant staff for making this a painless process.

Christian is a true professional and worked hard with us to find something that met our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the details for each flat, as well as the legal and administrative requirements which were particularly helpful as we are newcomers to the U.K. He knew what was and was not negotiable and offered to liaise on our behalf with the landlords for special considerations. He was always on schedule and followed-up with us regularly. He explained and handled the offer process very well and represented our interests at all times. This time we were looking for a property to buy, Rebecca has been really helpful. From the moment we start looking for flat till now we moved in already. Everything went smoothly and so quick. And she has been very patient as well every time when I want to see the same property again. It’s just amazing. Google“As first time buyers the prospect of buying our first property felt quite daunting but with Malica we felt we were in good hands. From meeting Malica at our first house viewing, we felt like she was trying to understand what was important to us and not just sell us whatever house we were viewing on that day. After getting our feedback on a number of properties Malica presented us with a property that ticked all of the boxes for us and helped us move quickly to secure it. The following months that followed were slow due to a related purchase and some additional obstacles with it, but Malica was great, communicating with us every step of the way. She went out of her way to find out additional information from Solicitors, other agents etc. and overall was key to ensuring we got everything we needed during the lengthy purchase process. We highly recommend Malica and she will be our first call next time we venture onto the property market for sure!”

Ramsay is an exceptional estate agent who went to great lengths to understand my pre-requisites when looking for a new house. He even booked 5 properties for me to see one Sunday which I was hugely grateful for seeing as it was his day off. He has excellent communication skills and kept me up to date constantly. Ramsay is one of the few agents that I would recommend :)
