“As first time buyers the prospect of buying our first property felt quite daunting but with Malica we felt we were in good hands. From meeting Malica at our first house viewing, we felt like she was trying to understand what was important to us and not just sell us whatever house we were viewing on that day. After getting our feedback on a number of properties Malica presented us with a property that ticked all of the boxes for us and helped us move quickly to secure it. The following months that followed were slow due to a related purchase and some additional obstacles with it, but Malica was great, communicating with us every step of the way. She went out of her way to find out additional information from Solicitors, other agents etc. and overall was key to ensuring we got everything we needed during the lengthy purchase process. We highly recommend Malica and she will be our first call next time we venture onto the property market for sure!”

I have great pleasure in recommending Ramsay Mintah at KFH, Bromley. Ramsay is an exceptional estate agent who went to great lengths to understand my pre-requisites when looking for a new house. He even booked 5 properties for me to see one Sunday which I was hugely grateful for seeing as it was his day off. He has excellent communication skills and kept me up to date constantly. KFH took over sale of my late mother's house after a previous sale fell through due to ineptitude of another estate agent. What a difference they made. The house was marketed double quick time and Ramsay worked so hard for us throughout the process, keeping us informed all the way through and spending ages on the phone chasing solicitors when there were delays at the eleventh hour. He really couldn't have done more for us. He was professional, courteous and personable and had a good sense of humour too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ramsay and KFH to others.

Emily at KFH Bromley was fantastic with the sale of our flat. We listed the property twice with them as we had to remove it for personal reasons the first time. Emily came to see me and reassured us on all our concerns. She also assisted me with banking evaluations and advised me on purchasing my house which was listed with a different agent. We had a good overall experience with KFH Bromley, dealing with Emily and her team over a period of time. We found them to be professional, proactive and good at their jobs. They got a large number of viewings and ultimately were successful in finding us a good buyer and getting us through the exchange and completion process. We found their staff friendly, enthusiastic, competent and good to deal with. We were delighted with the service we received from Emily and her team at KFH in Bromley. We had had a bad experience with another agent who sent round lots of time wasters and kept suggesting we lower our asking price. When we decided to change agents we interviewed 3 local agents and were most impressed with Emily’s ideas for marketing the property. She also recommended the highest asking price of the 3 agents, a price which she achieved in full from the first couple who came round, less than a week after we met her. I would like to highly commend the staff at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, 1 High Street, Bromley for their excellent work in securing the sale of my house. I signed the contract to instruct them and in under a week, before the property even went to market, they secured 2 viewings. Within one day I was offered the full asking price with no chain and accepted. Emily, Megan, Rebecca and Malika cannot be faulted in their professionalism as I was very nervous in having to deal with the sale of the house by myself since the recent loss of my husband.
