I bought my house via KFH. You usually feel that the agent is solely on the sellers side, however, with KFH I felt that they worked closely and respectfully with the buyer(myself) to ensure a smooth sale. My exchange/completion of contract became very pressurised due to circumstances outside of KFH. This is when Laura came in with solutions. She is proactive and assertive without that feeling of being pushy. Communication is outstanding from all the team members I dealt with. Very professional and personable. I honestly wondered how they had so much time to dedicate to one sale. You always felt like their only priority. Holly is the agent who managed the whole process from end to finish. Very hardworking and efficient. I never felt anything was a problem with Holly. I would also like to say thank to Emma. Her prompt actions with administration is a big stress reliever., as paperwork is what you need to feel confident everything is in place from the offer acceptance to completion. Laura and her team provided outstanding service throughout the tortuous process. This was a probate sale of a totally unmodernised, detached house which had been in the same family for 70yrs but, after years of neglect, was in a terrible state of repair. Holly and colleagues admired original features and could visualise the potential. Holly conducted numerous viewings in the coldest weather (no CH) and gave prompt feedback each time. Laura offered sensible advice re pricing, starting with an optimistic trial period and then a pragmatic reduction to attract a wider pool of potential buyers, but discouraging stupidly low offers. We accepted an offer at the end of November (no chain involved), probate was granted early February and, after six promised deadlines were missed, simultaneous exchange and completion finally took place at the end of May. Throughout this nail-biting waiting period Laura and Holly kept us fully updated, pushing the buyers for reassurance, the delay being due to legal requirements of their lenders. It also helped that the lawyers we used for conveyancing knew the KFH team so liaison was good all round. I would heartily recommend KFH West Wickham for the effort and care they took to achieve this sale.

My experience with KFH West Wickham was a joy from start to finish. I mainly dealt with Holly and Laura but when they weren't available all the staff were very helpful and friendly and followed through with what I needed assistance with. Holly was the first to person to show me round my new home. She was very professional and efficient. Laura was also really helpful making my journey of buying a new home as stress free as possible. Laura and her team were extremely professional throughout, very friendly and polite, and very easy to work with.
