GoogleIt was a great experience for our first house with Laura and team from KFH. They were completely professional throughout and Laura was extremely proactive in letting us know of the progress at all times.
Buying or selling a house can be a long drawn out and exhausting process. Especially when you don’t get regular updates. We didn’t have any such issues with Laura who was always reachable and kept us in loop on what was going on with the process. From always being on time to show us around the house to nudging everyone to keep the process moving, it was a fully smooth experience from Laura for us.
We will certainly use their services again if required.

GoogleI am pleased to say that we have just completed the sale of our property through KFH. I must admit that at the start to being reluctant to use an estate agent, I thought them expensive and of limited value. KFH appointed Laura Maikovaite to handle my case and she then demonstrated a level of service that stood in marked contrast to my initial expectations.
Laura added value on a whole series of different levels: local knowledge of the market; price; buyer related issues; chain related issues; lawyers and their issues; surveyors ; negotiation with the buyers; keeping our chain together. To summarise, she put us in a position to make an informed decision during a very difficult process.
Laura managed to do this in an efficient manner, often showing considerable anticipation whilst problem solving. It was a superb performance requiring professionalism, dedication and considerable energy levels.
I was wrong. Estate agents vary in standard like everyone else. Laura Maikovaite is a professional providing added value in a stressful situation....use someone else if you like, it’s your loss.

Initial pricing was over-optimistic but based on viewing feedback they advised us accordingly and continued to find interested potential buyers. During some legal delays (not due to KFH) they liaised with both solicitors and kept us informed of progress on a regular basis. All the staff were friendly and professional, particularly Laura who was was always on the ball and helped push the process forward.
