Vanessa is an exceptional member of staff. She was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying a property through KFH @ WW. We were kept up to date daily with the progress. When the buyer decided not to sell we were devastated but Vanessa used her skills to reassure us that things would get better. Vanessa hunted fruitlessly to find us an alternative property and was always on hand to show us the properties on offer. We really wanted Vanessa to find us a property and get the sale, however, being registered with umpteen agencies another estate agent managed to find us a property that we were completely happy with. I was buying a property through KFH in west Wickham and was dealing with Laura and Charlene. I cannot convey enough how helpful and proactive they both were in ensuring that this was pushed through and regular updates were provided in order to ensure that everything was progressing. In an environment where communication is key and others sometimes fail to understand the importance. Laura and Charlene were always available anytime I called and if out would call me back as soon as they had the chance which was very reassuring. We had our house up for sale previously with another local estate agent with very little interest being shown .We then instructed Kinleigh Folkard to sell our house .They were fantastic from the start, we had an offer within weeks of it going on the market .We had just lost a bungalow and were finding it difficult to find the right property for our needs. KFH were fantastic throughout the whole purchasing experience. Their communication especially was a highlight, keeping us up to date at every stage and always doing what they said, when they said they were going to! Laura was wonderful, really going above and beyond to give us information on the area and even after we moved in providing additional recommendations. There was also Lindsey there to support who was also great so we never felt that we didn't know who to go to or that we were not fully supported. While we hope not to have to move again for a while we would definitely recommend them!

My experience was purchasing a property with KFH.Vanessa and Lindsay were professional, astute and on the ball daily, where other parties fell short they were persistent in getting questions answered. They worked very hard for their client, it was unfortunate the property I was selling wasn’t covered by them, I feel if they were selling my property it would have been much smoother and I would have saved money, they negotiate hard for their clients, an all round great experience making a very difficult chain manageable. We came to KFH after being on the market for 4 months with another agent with little success. The results were instantaneous with viewings organised immediately and an offer exactly 7 days later. Vanessa Spencer is worth a special mention as she not only managed our sale but showed initiative and got involved in removing some blockages further along the chain. I got frequent updates from her and it is fair to say that she kept me sane throughout the process. KFH have demonstrated to me the real value of using a professional estate agency in a sector that has changed signifcantly. I doubt we would be where we are today had we used a fee upfront agent and I would not hesitate to recommend KFH and Vanessa in particular to anyone that wants to make selling their home as stress free as it can be.

Our journey with KFH started with Vanessa showing us another of their properties which was good but not perfect for us and as we relayed this to Vanessa and what we were really looking for she listened and took note. No more than a few days passed when she called me back to say there was another house which turned out to be perfect, we viewed the house, we fell in love with it and now it is ours! They provide a highly professional service that made the process really straightforward from the beginning to the end. The girls in the office are all very professional and smiley all the time, they are a pleasure to deal with. As stressful as buying a house can be they are with you all the way giving you suggestions and support. I will use the branch again in the future and I highly recommend their service . They also suggested me to use one of their solicitor who was so efficient and helpful that I decided to use the same for another purchase.

5 stars is an understatement. Words simply cannot describe the level of service and work ethic demonstrated by the team in KFH's West Wickham branch, most notably by Vanessa and Lindsey as they are who my wife and I dealt with the most. It was our first experience of purchasing a property, which is a daunting prospect as it is, where we realised how special Vanessa is. We had an offer accepted on a property and the sale was rocky as it was as the seller was selling from abroad. During this time Vanessa was extremely helpful in chasing the seller and ensuring all possible hold ups were at a minimum. The property then got repossessed which is where the service element truly shone. Vanessa and Lindsey did everything they can to ensure we had the best possible chance to still acquire the property, making numerous calls on out behalf and putting in good words with all the important people. Cut a long story short, 7 months later my wife and I have finally exchanged and there is no way in the this world would this have been achievable if it weren't for the tireless work that Vanessa and Lindsey did behind the scenes. I could not speak highly enough of both you, and the entire branch for that matter, for you efficient, friendly and determined approach. We only became in contact this week due to so many problems with my buyers solicitor. Vanessa went above and beyond her role and kept me sane when at times I thought everything was going to go wrong. She was so professional throughout (unlike others along the chain) and without her help I doubt we would be able to move on Monday! When I found the house that I wanted to view, I saw that the estate agent was with KFH. A friend of mine had used KFH years ago and said that they would never use their services again as they had a bad experience with them. So I was very sceptical about using their services. Well, how wrong could I have been! Vanessa Spencer at West Wickham, has restored my faith in these agents. She was there every step of the way with me. She made everything so easy for me, kept me informed of every detail. It's as if she was me, living the headache of house buying, feeling the same pain and all the ups and downs that goes with it. As soon as any details came through, she kept me informed straight away. If things needed doing, she would do them there and then. We had to sell a bungalow and did not live in the immediate area. Selection of an estate agent that would manage every aspect of the sale was vital. Appointments for a valuation were booked with 3 local agents and we selected KFH. Throughout the process we were kept fully informed by phone, email and letter. They also worked closely with our solicitor. And what's more they were really nice, fun people operating to the highest professional standards. In fact we liked them so much that 12 months later when another family home came up for sale after Mum went to a care home, we selected the KFH team at West Wickham again.
