GoogleAfter 3 aborted sales tbrough no fault of my house or KFH, the team at KFH especially Vanessa with this sale and previously Laura and of course Lindsey I cannot reccommend them highly enough. They kept my spirits up and kept bringing in potential buyers. They are very professional and always kept me informed every step of the way. If you want to sell your house this team of girls will do it for you .

GoogleMany Thanks Vanessa Spencer on assisting us throughout with the purchase of our new property. We cannot thank you enough for all the hard work & effort you put in from start to finish and would be happy to recommend you and the rest of the team to any other customers. Our experience was quite painless which was what we wanted from the start. Thanks again to all of you involved at KFH Jak & Louise Lipka

GoogleMy thanks to Laura, Charlene and the team at West Wickham. The property was under offer on the first day (even before photographs were taken). Everything seemed to go quite smoothly thanks to Laura being on the ball and chasing parties when necessary. It was only 12 weeks from offer to completion - Great job! Would highly recommend using KFH West Wickham.

GoogleMy sister & I have recently sold our Aunt's house following her death last year & are so thankful we chose KFH to value & market the property. Laura, Sean & the team have been professional, helpful & friendly at every stage; their initial valuation was spot on, within a couple of weeks of the house being put on the market we had accepted an offer. As we both live some distance away we have particularly appreciated the regular progress reports from Sean. Well done KFH 😊

GoogleKFH West Wickham was an excellent choice. I couldn't be happier with the entire process of moving houses. The entire staff was super efficient, especially Lindsey. There was good prompt communication at all times and besides helping us find a good buyer, they also helped follow up with all parties involved in the post selling process including the solicitor, surveyor etc and kept us posted. This made the entire process stress free. Highly recommended!!

GoogleWe have dealt with both Vanessa & Laura at the West Wickham branch during our property search, both have been excellent, especially Laura who took the lead in managing the chain to get a significant number of transactions to exchange of contracts. The communication has been very good, unlike with some other agencies where that was lacking. We look forward to collecting our keys on the 6th. L Rubio & S Sheehan

GoogleWe viewed some properties with Harry from the West Wickham KFH branch and he was an absolute delight! From showing us one property, he immediately understood what kind of property we were after and showed us a few properties before their listings even went online. Amazing service and cannot fault Harry at all! He recommended a great solicitor who we have just instructed, and for any future property needs I'll definitely be calling up KFH!

GoogleLaura was our contact when buying our current property and she was fantastic! It was a really difficult purchase as it was a vacant property and the previous owner uncontactable, however Laura facilitated multiple viewings for us and made sure everything went as seamlessly as possible.

GoogleI just wanted to take a minute to say a HUGE thank you to Lindsey at KFH she has been incredible. After a long 9 and a half months we have finally exchanged today and purchased a property via KFH, without Lindsey I think myself and my husband would have had a break down. Words could not thank you enough. Here's to the move. Charlene and Billy Lennox xxx
