GoogleKinleigh’s Crouch End team secured an offer at the asking price, within weeks of being instructed in relation to our 4 bedroom house. We were impressed with the quality of the brochure they produced and the professionalism of their approach. Samara, our lead negotiator, has been friendly, helpful and responsive throughout and did an excellent job in facilitating communications between the parties. With exchange due today, the entire sale process from first instructing Kinleigh’s to sale completion will have taken 4 months including the Christmas break. The Crouch End office has provided an equally good service as both selling and purchasing agent for me in the past and I no hesitation in recommending them.
