GoogleMy entire experience/journey was handled by Patrycja, from showing interest initially, to her following up with me weeks down the line and checking in with me. It’s rare for an estate agent to be so professionaly strong communication wise. During the offer procedure even answered a late out of hours quiet of mine, I was shocked and impressed to receive a reply. In times with a crazy housing market and you feel constantly let down by weak agents, that pull the wool over your eyes or even forget you had a viewing booked in, Pat has been amazing. She negotiated an excellent price for my property and has managed sometimes difficult negotiations with a clear and calm approach. She has been fully focussed on the process throughout, working through to the successful sale of my flat. She is a committed and patient negotiator, she has excellent person to person skills, alongside a calm determination to get the job done. He kept the wheels turning during an at times complicated chain, and made sure we were in by our target date. We trusted him implicitly and we'd work with him again in a second.
