GoogleI had a fantastic experience working with Sienna Whyte to rent my dream flat. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication was effortless, and she was always available to answer my questions. Her professionalism and dedication truly stood out. I highly recommend Sienna to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful agent!

GoogleHad a great experience with KFH moving into my first flat! All questions/queries were answered promptly and I had great peace of mind that KFH had everything under control, leading to a very smooth start to my tenancy. Sienna was especially helpful, and was always available to assist in an approachable/friendly way :)

GoogleWe recently were moving into a new flat and KFH were a great help during a stressful time. Patrycja was friendly, honest about properties, and reached out to us about new flats on the market. We felt we could trust her and rely on what she said to guide us in our search.

GoogleHarry has been absolutely incredible in finding me a property to buy … so proactive in terms of notifying me of opportunities before they came on the market & calling me on other occasions as soon as they had. He is a total professional to deal with (unlike I hate to say it many other agents in the area). Always on time for viewings, equipped with the relevant information & never trying to delude you to think that something is what it is not. He is direct & honest with you when you ask him a question. Any potential buyer in the area should go & see Harry!

GooglePatrycja has been a fantastic help throughout our process of looking for a new apartment. She was one of the first agents I've come across that actually serves both tenant and landlords fairly. I definitely recommend the KFH Crouch End branch, Patrycja and her team have been a great help.

GoogleAshleigh was brilliant! I confirmed I wanted to let my place on Friday, the ad went up Saturday and by Monday I had 6 offers and a move in the following Saturday. Thank you so much

GoogleFinan and team did a great job selling on flat in Crouch End. They were super flexible with our requirements for when we could have viewings (due to our menagerie of pets), gave us prompt feedback and responded to emails immediately. All in all they really helped the sale process run smoothly, probably the smoothest one I've had! Thanks for a great job and a great outcome.

GoogleSienna Whyte I must say has been the most professional and helpful real estate agent I have ever come across. I have went only plenty viewings in my time but never have I been so welcomed and well accommodated too. She has answered every single question I have asked to great detail and insured me of answers I didn’t know of. Thank you so much Sienna and good luck in the future

GoogleAshleigh has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout this process. I was under offer for 9 months and despite it being quite stressful at times, Ashleigh always did her best to keep me in the loop or chase things up. Without her chasing I think it could have taken even longer…much appreciated!

GoogleI recently dealt with Pat to rent our flat out in N4. She was great, really efficient, at the end of the phone whenever we needed her and found us some great tenants. We looked and spoke to various agents and we are glad we went with Pat from KFH. Thank you!

GoogleKFH were fab. We wouldn’t have found our flat without Sienna’s help. Sienna was amazing throughout. She answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. We would recommend KFH and Sienna at the Crouch End branch to anyone! Thanks so much! Eli and Matty

GoogleHad an excellent experience with KFH Crouch End. Very professional throughout. The whole team were great, but special mention for Samara who went above and beyond to ensure our sale. Highly recommend.

GoogleRian McLean was an excellent agent, professional, warm, polite, and extremely competent. He showed up to every viewing promptly and well-prepared to answer all my questions, followed up on viewings courteously, and, without being pushy, he helped me so much in arranging my viewings and making things work out. His support throughout this process has been unmatched. I couldn’t recommend him more, and am glad I chose to do viewings with KFH.

GoogleKFH were brilliant when it came to both the sale of my flat and the purchase of a new house in Crouch End. David did a cracking job of selling my flat (during a difficult time given the Covid 19 pandemic) & Robert Hamlyn was also great to deal with - straight forward, on-it, highly motivated & also great at keeping the lines of communication open between myself & the property seller. All in all I had a great experience with KFH and would have no hesitation using them again for future sales / house purchases.

GoogleI couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Pat. She has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the property search with ease. She took time to understand exactly what I was looking for and gave excellent advise throughout. Highly recommend Pat to anyone looking to list a property or rent one. Without a doubt, the best agent in Crouch End!

GoogleWe had a difficult purchase - to put it mildly - and we worked with Fin, who was absolutely brilliant. Between him and I, we tag teamed making it work, pushing for things to happen when it looked like they never would. Fin went above and beyond, and there were days when he was acting as estate agent, solicitor and recipient of my frustrated and furious venting. It was valid, but he could have just played it cool, instead he was sympathetic and did everything he could to get us past each ridiculous obstacle. We're in our new place now, and it all fades into nothing, of course. But without Fin, we might well still be renting somewhere, waiting and waiting for our purchase to go through.

GoogleMy flatmate and I have recently been through the process of finding a new flat and renting through KFH. Ashleigh was so helpful, very attentive and made the whole process feel so easy. I cannot recommend going through the property process with KFH and Ashleigh enough!

GoogleWe had a great experience when buying our house through KFH. The whole team at Crouch End branch were friendly and helpful. The online portal to submit our offer was straightforward and clear process. A special thanks to Harry who worked closely with me throughout our purchase. He was knowledgable, friendly, always quick to get back to me and helped move things forward. From offer to completion in 4 weeks! Throughout our buying experience we dealt with many estate agents- KFH really stood out as friendly and honest in comparison. I would have no hesitation to use or recommend KFH :)

GoogleKFH in Crouch End were brilliant as a team over what turned out to be a long and tricky period in the housing market. Barrington was excellent on the strategy front and David did a superb job of keeping us going and on track - we had several offers over a lengthy period, including one from buyers who dropped-out close to completion - during the many twists and turns of our sale. But he got us over the line in the end! I couldn't recommend him or the team highly enough.

GoogleI'm a first-time buyer and my experience with KFH couldn't have been better. Che was an absolute star, from start to finish, and I can't understate how much easier this entirely new (and complex!) experience was thanks to him. From the start, he was communicative, refreshingly frank and I felt he understood my priorities/concerns. When the purchase later hit quite a significant stumbling block due to the upwards chain, Che went over and above to find a solution everyone was happy with and the process could continue. His reassurance and indomitable cheer really helped during these times. All in all, I couldn't have wished for a better agent to guide me through the process - thank you Che and KFH.

GoogleReally disappointed with the service provided by KFH Crouch End. I was the buyer in a transaction handled by KFH and found the agents uncommunicative and stressful to work with. It was challenging to get responses from the agents at points, even as a courtesy and despite promises from the KFH staff that they would get in touch. The agent initially working on my case (Ashleigh) tried to persuade me against having surveys conducted on the property that I was hoping to purchase and the information that the agents provided concerning the timelines and vendor's situation was often confused and/or not in alignment with earlier information. I tried to raise some of my concerns with the Branch Director, Barrington Dutton, but never received a response. The experience has left me feeling as though the KFH Crouch End agents have little care beyond their commission, and I will not be using them in the future when selling a property. My experiences with other agencies in the same area have been much more positive.

GoogleAshleigh G has been helping me to find a rental property in North London. Ashleigh has been extremely helpful and professional at all times. She is a very good ambassador for KFH and I wish her well in her career
