GoogleFinding a flat in London is never easy, however, Patrycja made our experience as easy as possible. I called because of a particular flat, she arranged the viewing next day and was very punctual - we didn't like this particular first flat - but then some days after she called about another one and she was so kind and helpful, because she had listened to our requierements. The 2nd flat we saw was exactly what we wanted and she gave us all the important details to make a successful offer. After our offer was accepted by the landlord - we got transfered to another agency to proceed with the contracts (stage in which we are now) - hopefully they are as good as Patrycja was!

She and her team were available until late in the night to answer our emails in order to ensure that our contracts could be completed on time. There were several compications with our paperwork but Patrycja and the rest of the team were able to guide us through solving each problem to make sure that all our documents were correct.
