GoogleAbdi was extremely warm-hearted, kind, knowledgeable in finding us the suitable flats fitting our urgent need. We were desperate, exhausted yet eager to find a flat near crouch end when Abdi was there to help us sort everything out. We even had some other thoughts on the way before securing the flat. He was always there answering various questions without feeling annoyed. His excellent service definitely deserves anyone who ever consider a place to live near crouch end to visit and ask for help!

GoogleWe just bought a house through KFH who were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Harry Smith was our main contact and he was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive at all times, making the process incredibly smooth and (strangely!) enjoyable. We must say that as buyers, some of the agents in Crouch End made us feel very much like we were "on the other side", but KFH struck an excellent balance between collaboration and professionalism. We would highly recommend the KFH team (so much so that Abdi in their lettings team is now also helping us with the letting of our flat!).

GoogleI’d have to say KFH is by far the most friendly and the most helpful estate agents we’ve experienced. We had the pleasure of having Abdi and Jack help us find a new place in Crouch End this year and they were both SUPER!! Jack was our main man and really helped us get sorted from start to finish, with amazing communication, great speed and 100% professionalism. He kept us up to date with the rental process and always checked in with us to make sure all was ok etc… Abdi kept us updated with new rentals coming up and we really felt like we had a little team helping us get back to where we love. We want to thank them both personally, such great work and very kind! GREAT estate agents… wish the winder team good luck and keep up the great work! Well done guys and girls :)

GoogleThe Team at Crouch End KFH are absolutely fantastic. The market is quite something at the moment yet we managed to find somewhere lovely thanks to the stellar efforts of Jack Terzoli keeping us posted on new properties about to come on the market. He was also extremely helpful answering all our questions and working to fix any snags during the referencing stage. Khadijah Ezra was also absolutely amazing both patiently answering questions as well as offering to meet the internet engineer for us (as there was a delay in the key handover before the scheduled appointment.) Seriously, we cannot recommend them highly enough!

GoogleFurther to the below, we've bought a property sold through KFH - we received excellent customer service from Andrea, he was responsive and accommodating of our requests and really helped drive the process through to a successful completion -- My girlfriend and I called KFH looking for a place to rent in Crouch End. Abdi was incredibly helpful, even giving us details of new listings that weren't on the website yet, and when we decided on somewhere he gave us some great advice for our application to the landlord that helped us land it. He was a joy to work with from start to finish, in what is a very difficult market to navigate, and we got a great deal in the end. In fact the entire organisation has been fantastic with us. 5 stars aren't enough.

GoogleFatma was absolutely brilliant and looked after me from start to finish really making sure everything got done on time. I feel very safe with KFH. I feel like I'm dealing with friends as opposed to an estate agent and to date they have been my absolute favourite Estate Agent that I've ever used in Crouch End . The perfect balance of professionalism and treating the client warmly and making you feel looked after. I wouldn't use anyone else !

GoogleImpressed with the professionalism of KFH Crouch End from the very start - Barrington who did the initial marketing and in fact suggested to us a location to move to once we had sold, - which is exactly where we have ended up! and then Andrea, who took over the actual viewings and the handling of the sale until completion. We sold in less than a week - and a huge thanks to Andrea and all the team - moving from our family home of 28 years was a huge upheaval and he was so reassuring and encouraging throughout. He could not have been more professional and kept both ourselves and our buyers up to date continually throughout a long and tortuous process - following up endlessly with all those dealing with other parts of the chain to ensure that there were minimal delays, and at least keeping everyone informed where delays inevitably occurred further up the chain. Not sure who was more relieved when we finally exchanged, Andreas or us!!

This applies in particular to the agent we directly worked with, Harry Smith, who was nothing but professional from day one. Very informative and helpful, answering any question asked and getting back to us if he didn’t have the answer at the time. Always responsive to emails and calls. In many cases beating me to the call. His willingness to help with every aspect of the purchase made the journey a more pleasant one. Harry was very proactive, flexible as well as keeping us updated with affairs and was always available to assist when needed. Exceptional service with nothing too much to manage. The support team around him were also great with someone available to help in his absence and as well as being aware of the case. Well done Harry and the KFH Crouch End Team. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended.

I own an apartment in Crouch End and they have helped me find very good tenants since 2016 Nicole is my main contact there and the whole team are helpful throughout the whole process. Very friendly staff and very competent. Over the years I've had the chance to know almost all the estate agencies in Crouch End and I can say with confidence that KFH is the top agency in that area. Nicole Furrer offers a great service and I highly recommend KFH in Crouch End.
