GoogleThank you to Robert (from the Highgate office) and David for helping us sell our flat during lockdown! We tried other agents in the area, however, KfH knew the market better, had the experience, commanded a very competitive fee and when they were showing the flat they were very knowledgeable in answering buyer's questions - they had done their homework.
David worked tirelessly to get the right buyers through the door, and supported us when our first offer fell through during lockdown. Robert was available at all hours to ensure that the negotiations went smoothly and the sale didn't fall through. Everything was conducted in a very professional manner.

Kfh was absolutely the right choice for us, and I would use Robert and his team (David, Jayden and Reuben) again.
We were also remortgaging/porting our mortgage which had its own set of challenges, but Kerry and Sharon at KFH FS are amazing. GoogleWe worked with David from KFH Crouch End on our house purchase this year and we definitely recommend him and the team. David showed us a variety of houses in the crouch End area, and was able to find us the perfect house that was just about to come on the market so we could make a strong offer before it was seen by other buyers. We then engaged a KFH’s recommended solicitor, a service we would highly recommend as that way the estate agents and solicitors work closely together to push things through.
