GoogleWe had a great experience, thanks to Jack Terzoli, who helped us find our new flat. Jack sent us property alerts that matched what we were looking for. It made a huge impact on our search. We were able to visit and secure a place rather quickly. The whole team is friendly and approachable. Highly recommend!

GoogleAbsolutely Appalling. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using this agency to reconsider. The agent who was in charge of our letting was James. When showing us round he promised many things such as the re-grouting of a bathroom and a professional clean before we moved in. After you have paid he completely denies he ever said these things and says you agreed to the flat ‘As seen’. A phrase which he so rigidly stuck to we expect to move in with him in the lounge as this was technically ‘As seen’. When we were handed the sets of keys, some of which did not even work, we went to take a look at the flat. The professional clean had undoubtedly never happened. There was half eaten food in the fridge, rubbish under the beds and even ash in the ashtrays. Also despite insisting the flat was ‘As seen’ some of the nicer items of furniture had been removed. When we tried to ring James explaining this, coincidentally for the next few days whenever we rang we would be told ‘he is out on a viewing’, ‘he is out the back’, ‘he has just had to dash out of the office’ and our favourite - ‘he is on the toilet’. None of us have been able to get through to him despite calling on so many various occasions. Seeing as James had apparently disappeared of the face of the earth the only suggestion they had was to call the landlady directly. Which makes you wonder what on earth the extortionate agency fees you pay are for, when I asked this I was informed that they do not manage the properties so I genuinely am at a loss as to what that charge is for. The service was terrible, the communication with our agent close to non-existent. I cannot stress how much we would advise against using these agents for lettings.

GoogleKFH are the best Estate Agents in N8 area. No doubt about it. We have actually rented, bought & sold through them over the last 6 years. They're proactive & efficient - and are always professional. Most importantly for me - they're honest & trustworthy. Don't be fooled by Purple Bricks & all them online sites... A good estate agent is worth every penny if you pick the right one. KFH fees are fair & competitive too. Have worked with David & Andy - but actually met a few of the others & all seem top lads. Would 100% recommend to any buyers/sellers.

GoogleWe recently had the pleasure of dealing with Abdi at KFH while renting a house at short notice. Abdi made the whole process painless and stress-free (which isn't always the case!) We saw a property we liked and within 24 hours Abdi had arranged a viewing. He is very friendly and approachable and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. He was extremely courteous and professional and a delightful person to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

He was clear in his explanation and made the experience favourable for me and my cousin and going above and beyond to provide exemplary service. GoogleKFH has ruthless efficiency in placing tenants into homes. I had a personal agent I've been working on getting a new long-term lease with, but I booked the viewing with KFH and negotiator Jack Terzoli has beaten them to the punch so to speak! He and his colleagues also ensured that all the quirks that came up before signing the contract were ironed out. I'm not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to contracts and Jack's team has demonstrated tremendous patience and appreciation for the fact that I want to protect my interests. I can't recommend KFH highly enough!
