GoogleWe had a great experience with KFH, particularly Abdi and Khadijah who were both amazing and knew exactly what we were looking for. Even when we lost our property last minute Abdi was so great and helped us find the perfect place so quickly. Very professional, communicated with us the whole way through, would really recommend.

GoogleHollie D. from KFH Crouch End is going the extra mile helping me and my flatmate to find our perfect next home. Dedicated, caring and extremely professional, she regularly keep us updated on the latest, tailored letting opportunities on the market. Highly recommended Agent and letting agency.

GoogleThanks to Patrycja, very helpful and good communication throughout.

GoogleWe had a great experience working with Finan from KFH Crouch End. He helped us find the flat we ultimately bought and went above and beyond to really push things along and make sure the process kept moving. We liked the properties we saw with KFH and appreciated how much Finan listened to our preferences and proactively found places that would be a good fit for them. He was then very responsive and on it through the rest of the process of buying. If we ever wanted to sell, we would go through KFH.

GoogleGreat experience so far with KFH, in particular with Ashleigh G. We feel like she was really rooting for us in helping to find us the perfect home and that she did! We are very happy, this has been the easiest and nicest agency we have engaged with to date. Super helpful, professional and organised. Thanks again!

GoogleWe’ve worked with Fatma at KFH Crouch End more than we expected this year, due to changing circumstances with Covid. She’s been super hard-working, positive, engaged and a pleasure to liaise with. On many occasions she’s gone above and beyond and delivered by far the best service of anyone we’ve worked with in the KFH lettings team over the last 5 years. Recommended.

GoogleAs a tenant, I’ve dealt with many agents, however Jack Terzoli was outstanding! Once I’d seen the property and my offer was accepted, Jack ensured the process was as smooth as possible going above and beyond helping me negotiate some items of furniture with the previous tenants. Jack is an asset to KFH.

GoogleKFH Crouch End have been great throughout the purchase of our first house. Harry Smith in particular has been extremely helpful, supportive and professional throughout, always on hand and quick to answer any questions and surrounded by a great team who were always willing to help out if Harry was away. Thank you!

GoogleFin was very helpful in helping me find my new place, understood what I wanted and got me in to view places as early as possible. Excellent service from a nice guy.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience working with Patrycja (Pat) during our property search. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive every step of the way! Thanks to her dedication and guidance, we were able to secure the perfect place. We truly couldn’t have done it without her and would highly recommended!

GoogleKFH come highly recommended! We bought our flat through them 12 years ago and had such a good experience that they were our ‘go to’ when it came to selling. We had an asking price offer within 48 hours and true to his word, Barrington found us the ideal house, off-market. Finan navigated us smoothly through the process of moving and the flow of communication meant there were no glitches or surprises. A great team effort from KFH!

GoogleWe had a great experience in renting a property with Abdi and KFH Crouch End. Abdi was always very prompt with calls and emails. We visited many properties in the area with him and then he found us our current flat which we love. The process was stress free unlike other agents. I would definitely recommend him and his colleagues.

GoogleI recently purchased a property through KFH Crouch End with David Davoli being involved from the viewing stage right through to completion. He was extremely helpful throughout the process and dealt with any enquiries promptly, maintaining communications channels with the vendors. I would highly recommend David if considering a property purchase or sale.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe had a great experience, thanks to Robert H., purchasing our first London flat! His communication was great, responses always prompt and he helped get the transaction through smoothly and quickly. He did a lot to bring us peace of mind through the entire process. Highly recommend KFH and Robert specifically!

GoogleA true pleasure to deal with from start to completion! A massive thank you to Barrington and his team for their efforts and manner of conduct throughout the entire process. Your efficiency and positive attitude even when situations seemed tough made it smooth sailing and for that I can't thank you enough. I highly recommend KFH and will be sure to use them again in the future.

GoogleI had the benefit of having David take on the sale of my property although the whole team including Jayden, Andy and Robert were also very professional and attentive. David was constantly in contact, providing me with updates and advice as the transaction went through. I would fully recommend KFH Crouch End, a superb team and truly committed to delivering a seamless service. Thank you.

GoogleMany thanks to Sienna Whyte for finding me a great rental property in London. I highly recommend Sienna and her team to you.
1/5
GoogleIncredibly disappointing service from beginning to end... Whether it be misrepresenting the property/information about the property on the flyer (i.e. lying unashamedly), to the abhorrent standard of cleanliness once inside (e.g. open food still in the "off" fridge/freezer), the distinct lack of professionalism was shocking. Ultimately, the most appalling part of the service was the period of time it took to return the deposit, which was due IN FULL. It took just shy of two months of chasing post move out before anyone would reply to requests around deposit. Furthermore, once the return had been agreed it took more chasing emails and the threat of legal action to have the deposit released as the obligatory 10 day window had passed. For all of those considering renting a property through KFH, be warned. These charlatans epitomise the stereotype for bad estate agents and I will be sure never to use them again.

GoogleAlthough we didn't end up renting from KFH, our time spent talking with Abdi Ibrahim was really great. He seemed to really care what we wanted and needed and kept us abreast of properties even before they were on the market. I would highly recommend dealing with Abdi if you're looking for a decent, honest letting agent.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI dealt with Sienna Whyte, and she has been incredibly helpful in my search for a property. And also answering all my annoying questions after she found me a flat !
