We recently exchanged on our family home through KFH, and India made what could have been an incredibly difficult process feel manageable from start to finish. This home held a lot of personal significance for us, so this sale was never just a transaction, it was an emotional milestone. She understood that from the very beginning. Every conversation was handled with genuine warmth, patience, and fairness, she never once made us feel rushed or like just another file on her desk. When things got stressful (as they inevitably do in a property sale), she stayed calm, clear, and reassuring, and that steadiness made all the difference to us as a family. Beyond the emotional support, she was also thoroughly professional and effective, friendly kind and provided updates and kicked bums when things slowed down. She was fair in negotiations, and clearly experienced in handling sales with more sensitivity involved than the average transaction. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us through this chapter. Highly, highly recommend India to anyone looking for someone who combines real expertise with real care.

Avoid if you’re a buyer! I’m extremely angry and disappointed with my experience of KFH Fulham. When making an offer on a property earlier this year, I stated in writing that my offer was conditional on the service charge and ground rent figures KFH had given me. Only after I had instructed solicitors and incurred legal costs did I discover that the true monthly property costs were significantly higher than the figures KFH had provided. The service charge and ground rent were around 32% higher. This worked out at about £2k more per year. This was not a small discrepancy or an unexpected annual increase. These were materially inaccurate figures that directly influenced my decision to make an offer and spend money progressing the purchase. KFH’s response to my complaint was essentially that they had simply repeated what the seller told them and that it was my solicitor’s responsibility to verify the information later. In other words, KFH appear to believe they can advertise and repeatedly communicate important financial information without properly checking whether it is current or accurate, leaving buyers to discover the truth only after paying for conveyancing. Their response is astonishing. What’s the point of an estate agent providing service charge figures if buyers are apparently not supposed to trust them? At the very least, unverified information should be clearly stipulated as unconfirmed, rather than presented as fact. Had KFH provided the correct figures from the outset, or simply admitted that they had not verified them, I would never have proceeded and would not have lost hundreds of pounds in legal fees. KFH have refused to accept any responsibility and have shown no meaningful concern for the financial loss their inaccurate information caused. I’m now escalating the complaint to The Property Ombudsman. Based on my experience, I’d advise buyers to avoid KFH completely. Failing that, don’t trust any figure provided before spending any money, because KFH’s own complaint response suggests that even they don’t consider the information they themselves are advertising reliable.

India made the entire property search and purchase process genuinely effortless. She showed me a wide range of great places, quickly understood what I would and wouldn’t go for, and never tried to push anything that wasn’t right for me (which has happened with other agents in the past). Alongside being incredibly professional, she was also great company, viewings were fun, relaxed, and easy to chat through. I’ve ended up in an amazing home, and everything from offer to completion was smooth.
