GoogleI can’t recommend India highly enough! Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but India made the entire process feel seamless. She was incredibly patient with all my questions and was always available, whether it was a late-evening text or a last-minute viewing. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Five stars isn't enough!

GoogleMany thanks to India, Alistair, and the team at KFH for their guidance and help with purchasing our first home. We ran into some roadblocks with our solicitors a month into the process and India quickly brought us recommendations for a solid conveyancing firm who moved quickly and responsively toward completion. The KFH team kept us in the loop every step of the way, and we really appreciate how the handled all communication with the seller's side. I remember being particularly impressed when she took the time to examine every detail, even opening cupboards to point out additional storage space and how it could be a key selling point. India’s passion for her work shone through in every interaction. She patiently answered all my questions about her sales techniques, always explaining things clearly and with enthusiasm. What really stood out was how deeply she respected the sentimental value of the home, treating our family’s memories with kindness and understanding. GoogleAbsolutely the best estate agents I have ever come across. Tom, Alistair and the team from the Fulham Office could not have been more helpful throughout our entire entire buying process. They were knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly and always responded incredibly quickly to all queries, large and small (even responding outside normal working hours). These guys really go the extra mile and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. Definite 5 stars - I could not fault anything.

They are not pushy, they age realistic professional and likeable. Especial mention goes to Ruby Keeble, she is a super agent, on the ballv very responsive and chases along the desk at each stage. GoogleThere are NO words to express what an acutely painful, disappointing, and waste of time experience working with KFH has been over the past 2 years as a landlord. I have paid them 10k+ for tenant finding & ongoing management and can honestly say that they have added zero value, and were I not stuck in a contract and living overseas, I would have cut my losses and moved to a different agency a long time ago. Their team (across the board: Cameron in property management, Abi & Katrina in finance & fulfillment, Meaghan in contracting, and Gareth in branch management) are incompetent at best and purposefully negligent at worst. Gareth may be the only exception who surpassed the bare minimum on occasion. If you are looking to throw money down the drain or spend your whole time babysitting lazy post-grads who you will have to chase and direct on every minuscule task...KFH is the agency for you! Such poor quality of service would not be tolerated in any other industry, and your feedback will fall on deaf ears. This entire branch is a MESS. Prime example: it was only at the end of my most recent tenancy (and after I pulled the plug on them), that I uncovered that they mishandled the keys meaning the entirety of the last year-long tenancy...they never had a management set....so no wonder they couldn't do their job. Thank God there was no emergency that required them to access the property. Incorrect accounting, failure to communicate important notices to tenants, wildly inflated phantom charges, periodic ghosting and much more await you at KFH.

GoogleI found whole experience with KFH Fulham and Chelsea really smooth. Everyone was super efficient and lovely to deal with, especially India who went above and beyond for me. India was so helpful with her effective communication and her excellent viewings. India was able to answer any questions that I had and was so knowledgeable on the properties that she was showing me. She’s an absolute star and is clearly so passionate about her job, which really rubs off on her clients.

GoogleMy experience working with KFH Fulham and Chelsea, and with Peter Kasicki in particular, was exemplary. Whilst searching for a one-bed flat in the area I often dealt with other Estate Agents who disregarded key criteria, showed unsuitable properties and were inconsistent in their communication. Peter was consistent, reliable and really took the time to listen carefully to my needs and concerns. I particularly valued his honesty- he was upfront with highlighting potential issues with properties and offered sincere, genuine advice, resulting in a trusting relationship. He was also extremely diligent in answering any follow-up questions post viewing and even sharing detailed videos of the properties with helpful commentary. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Peter and the KFH team to anyone who is looking in the area and wants genuine support in the process.
