GoogleFinding a place in London is never easy but luckily we had the BEST relestate agent: Peter Kasicki who helped us find the most beautiful house in Fulham. He was so helpful during our moving in problems and some bumps with the landlord. I don't know what we would have done without him! His replies were always prompt and was always going the extra mile for us. 100% made our move in process smooth!

GoogleMy son and his friends recently (June 2019) got a flat rented through Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. There were some twists and turns during the process as the landlord initially had a different opinion about whom to give the tenancy agreement. Anyway, as parents had to be guarantors, I was also involved in this business. The agent concerned, Peter Kasicki, had been very helpful in the whole process, talking to me on the phone until I understood all the fine details I needed to take note of. Peter was so experienced, dependable and reliable that the boys could always seek his prompt advice and help in the entire process. I have been so glad that my son and his friends could finally move in the flat with everything sorted out smoothly with Peter's professional help throughout.

GoogleRichard was great from start to finish. He was a pleasure to deal with and was even happy to meet me at a flat on Sunday as I was unable to see it earlier in the week. He showed me lots of different options and overall it was a great experience. Other agencies were not as knowledgeable and sent me lots of properties that didn't match my requirements whereas Richard understood exactly what I wanted and found me my dream flat. Anyone looking to rent in Fulham should speak to Richard. You won't regret it!

He quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and found us our ideal flat in no time. The reference/vetting process was straightforward, and Abrahim kept in close contact throughout, keeping us reassured. GooglePeter was an amazing estate agent to work with. He stayed in touch via email and phone calls to see how our property search was going and how he was able to further help us with our search. He always emailed and followed up re properties that he felt was an ideal fit for my family and I. He was very attentive to my requirements and STUCK to our budget request which was very important to us as some agents with other companies just didn’t understand the importantance of this. Have an agent who listens to your requirements and tries to help tick all the boxes is very important when looking for a property to rent. GoogleWe had just moved to London and on our first full day here, a Saturday, we were walking around and popped into KFH. Alex Newman was in the office and offered to show us a beautiful home around the corner that was not yet on the market. The house ended up not being quite right, but he followed up and could not have been nicer. He also put us in touch with his colleague Peter Kasicki who was also very helpful. He took us around to see a bunch of properties in the city. He was incredibly kind and generous with his time. He had excellent follow up, and I really felt that he did everything he could to help us find the perfect home. I highly recommend this estate agency and especially Peter and Alex.

GoogleHighly recommend Peter as an agent as he goes above and beyond to deliver what you're looking for. Honesty is hard to come by in agents these days and when he did not have anything that met our requirements, instead of taking us out to properties that knowingly would not work for us, he was honest and told us that they currently did not have anything available. He kept us informed of properties within multiple areas in London that would work for our commute to University, and in the end found our home for the next year. Thank you, Peter!

His pleasant personality and professionalism make for the best sells. Richard not only accommodated my strenuous schedules but also went the extra mile to show me carefully selected sets of properties that all fit my demanding requests. It was a pleasure to be patiently, well taken care of.
