GoogleKrystal has been an absolute star! She was always on time on appointments and helped us through the letting process with grace and patience. I have lost count of how many different agents we viewed houses with, Krystal definitely stood out as she was the only one who kept getting back to us with different apartments. I strongly recommend this place and if you are lucky, Krystal.

GoogleKarim went above and beyond to help us with our guarantor difficulties. Out of over 20 letting agents we dealt with, he was the only one who listened to our concerns and came up with a solution on the spot. If only half of the agents in London have the knowledge he does, everyone’s search would be a lot less stressful! Thank you Karim and KFH.

GoogleShayla was fantastic when helping us choose our new house and getting all the paperwork signed. There was nothing we asked that she couldn't do and sent us photos and videos prior to carrying out 2 safe COVID viewings. She is knowledgeable, personable and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GooglePeter Kasicki was so great and nice, and most important of all not pushy. He gave us some professional advice, and helped us out on our requests. We were able to rent a good house in a good place with good size in a great price, I also recommended him to my other peers and friends, they also got good feedback for him.

GoogleThanks to Karim and KFH we’re living in an essentially perfect apartment for us - Karim went above and beyond to show us a variety of spaces and then negotiated this to an affordable price and supported us throughout the onboarding process, ensuring our enquiries were answered promptly. We couldn’t have asked for more - thanks Karim and KFH!

GoogleWe dealt with Ricco and Meaghan and they were excellent. They found us a fantastic tenant very quickly and were very pleasant to work with. We had to reduce the price of our flat which was disappointing but they kept us fully informed throughout the whole process and were totally professional and highly knowledgeable.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GooglePeter Kasicki was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful from the moment he answered my initial call to the moment the office handed over the keys. We were very happy with the whole experience and will return to the Fulham office if we require their services in the future.

GoogleAn absolute disgrace to the real estate industry. I cannot express how poor our experience has been over the last three years. They have failed time and time again on incredibly basic tasks, we are yet to recieve a correct contract. I deeply disturbed by the clearly fake reviews that are posted. Do not engage in this company.

GoogleI couldn't recommend KFH Fulham more but particularly Naz for her incredible support and professionalism. She was a pleasure to work with. In the past my husband and I have been very unlucky with estate agents so it was a welcome change and delight to work with. Thank you thank you thank you.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleNaz from The Fulham office was just brilliant in helping me and my daughter find a house in Fulham. Lizzie was a first time buyer and neither of us had ever bought a house in Lonfon before. She was so helpful, careful, reassuring and held our hands all the way through what was a tricky sale. Thanks Naz.

GoogleKFH have been helping me in recent months in the process of letting out my house. I have been very impressed with how responsive and helpful the team have been and in particular Peter and Abrahim from the Fulham office, both of whom were very friendly and kept me well informed of how viewings were going.
