We recently contacted KFH to help us find a new rental and we were so impressed with the service we received from Dylan Khoromana. He was excellent, nothing was to much trouble. I approached KFH re selling my flat as all of the local letting and For Sale signs seemed to be theirs. Matt came to view the flat and I engaged him as my estate agent immediately as he was so assured, knowledgeable and reassuring. I had 7 viewings and 2 offers in 6 days and I accepted an offer above the asking price in about 10 days which was brilliant. My partner and I have been looking at the market for some months now, very much taking our time to understand what we really want. During this, we have been fortunate to have Conal to guide us through KFH's offerings. He is great company, has strong insights, and very much listens to our feedback - he has a very good sense of the kind of properties we've come to like, including properties we might not have originally considered. I wish the property market was just one big database that a personal agent guided you through. In such a world we would want Conal to be our agent! Strange to say, but part of me will be a bit gutted if we end up buying a property that isn't with KFH - I would feel like Conal's outstanding work would ultimately go unrecognized. Hopefully this review goes some way to recognise his work and our gratitude, come what may. Thank you, Conal!
