GoogleWe recently sold our home with the team at KFH Crystal Palace. Nick and Tyrone were excellent to work with, highly professional, patient and calm. During what can be a very intensive process they gave us constant reassurance, support and encouragement and got us through exchange and completion successfully. We would highly recommend this team.

GoogleThis was my first time using KFH in my search for a new home. I initially spoke to Devonte who got the ball rolling. I also met Stephanie at the flat viewing. She was friendly and professional agent. They were both very knowledgeable and a joy to work with. I found a new home through KFH. Kudos to Devonte and Stephanie! Teamwork makes the dream work! Will definitely recommend. 🤩

GoogleWe did dozens of viewings with KFH Crystal Palace, Sydenham and Dulwich branches. We found that the staff were always friendly, efficient and eager to help. Matthew, particularly, was a pleasure to work with.
Hi Paul, thank you so much for your positive review. We really appreciate the feedback! Have a great day!

GoogleWe meant to review them last year but were too distracted enjoying our new home. The guys at KFH were so helpful during the buying process, from first viewing through to completion.

GoogleGreat experience with Stephanie Carson and KFH. We are in the process of looking for a new nest for our family. We met Stephanie at one of our viewing and even if that specific property wasn't ideal for us, we noticed immediately Steph's professional & human touch. Steph is a great person and professional, and David and I both think she is a great agent … we liked dealing with her this week .. even if the viewing was not a successful one. She is fast, reliable, witty and sweet. We promised we will keep an eye on her agency website for any suitable property and hopefully work with her again to nail down our new nest.

GoogleReally positive experience with KFH and the letting agent DEVONTE. He was adaptable and easygoing and gave us some great advice. He really worked with us and our needs, always making things happen when needed such as a second viewing. Even helped us do some measuring! First time renting through an agent and it has been super positive so far. Thanks Devonte, don’t stop been the great and friendly person you are .. keep it up

GoogleExtremely pleased with the team at KFH in CP and especially the support and custom advice received by Tanyel. She was always available to answer my questions, follow up on viewings and providing the latest updates on offers for my listed flat. What made this such a great experience was the time that she (and the whole KFH team) dedicated to my file and always providing answers tailored to my case. Tanyel was always available with last minute questions and overall the other members at the Crystal Palace branch was such a nice team to work with. Highly recommend based on my experience.

GoogleMy partner and I were looking for the right flat/house for a couple of months with a different Letting agency and all we’ve seen with them were unsuitable or rent were too expensive for the flat quality so we decided to contact KFH and TIFFANY AKOTO MARLA spoke to me and asked me what we’re looking for and finally someone LISTENED and paid attention to what we’re after and it didn’t take her long to find us that perfect flat, and to be exact she found us a beautiful house with lots of space and a garden and what’s very impressive about this whole experience with Tiffany was that’s the first viewing and only viewing we did with her and she got it right the first time!!! Tiffany is an excellent letting agent in my honest opinion and she’s very professional and friendly at the same time and she answered all my queries so quickly and accurately and she helped us through the process so smoothly and we are now living in the house she found us happily. Thank you so much again Tiffany! 🙏

GoogleMe and my partner had a great experience with KFH. In particular, the service provided by Patricija was exceptional. We enquired about a property during the week and Patricija was very prompt in getting back to us. Booked us for a viewing on Saturday. In addition she showed us 4 additional properties which were all appropriate for the type of property we were interested in. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout. My partner and I have viewed numerous properties with other agents and are both in agreement that Patricija provided the best service that we have had so far. Many thanks. Jack & Sian

GoogleThank you for Crystal Palace KFH team! We have been renting with KFH for past 6 years but we have never faced such good people as we found in Crystal Palace! Mohamed is the Best house agent we have ever met ! He is been amazing , super professional, efficient and most of all always kind. It wasn’t the easiest tenancy agreement to be done but Mohamed helped us over the expectations. Thank you again Mohamed and we can genuinely say that your customers will be very lucky to have you.

GoogleFrom start to completion (and so far since) I have such high praise for this place, in particular Shareen, from the initial viewing to completion she has been outstanding, her buzz and knowledge of the area and excitement toward the property were infectious, she then guided us through the process and within the same day of the viewing we had our offer accepted. The process was then very smooth and within four weeks we are all moved in and settled. She went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier.

GoogleWe listed our house with KFH Crystal Palace and they had it under offer within 4 weeks, exactly as promised. The whole team there has been excellent. Karolina found us the loveliest buyers. She was dedicated and professional throughout, keeping us up to date and helping move things along from offer to exchange and completion. Trenae was also exceptional. We had some final hurdles to overcome caused by a buyer at the bottom of the chain, but with their diligent work these were all overcome. Thankfully, our onward purchase was also with KFH (albeit another branch) which helped simplify issues which could otherwise have caused the chain to collapse. We cannot recommend KFH highly enough.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with KFH Crystal Palace & what a positive experience it was. From our initial meeting with Tyrone, to working with Sian & the team in the office. We received the full asking price in a matter of weeks & the sale went through very smoothly. Sian was very responsive with quick & thorough communication at all hours of the day & night which was fantastic & much appreciated. Thank you for making the entire process very smooth & a lot less stressful than expected!

GoogleWe sold our property with KFH. Tyrone was polite, genuine and trustworthy during our valuation and put it on the market at exactly the right price. Our negotiator Fatos was amazing. She communicated wonderfully all the way through the process which was at times complicated due to an overly pedantic buyer. Proper madness. She worked really hard and ran the negotiation perfectly. We would definitely buy or sell again with KFH but I suspect we were partly fortunate to get two very professional and hard working agents on our sale. Thank you for everything.

GoogleI would like to share my review specifically about Priyesh Barot As first time buyers who needed to move quite quickly, Priyesh has been absolutely amazing. My husband and I got in touch about some specific properties, and Priyesh followed up speedily with his own recommendations and was able to move very quickly in showing us these. He showed us a range so we could figure out what we were looking for and our appetite for home improvements, and while he drove us between viewings he patiently answered all our questions about the home buying process. Priyesh is extremely knowledgeable on different sorts of properties, and was able to offer practical advice on potential improvements, costs, as well as the history and benefits of different buildings, and was additionally very accomodating when we wanted to see our favourite property a second time to take some measurements, never rushing us even though it was a Friday night. When we then made an offer on the Saturday, and were informed may be delays due the the vendors timezone, we were so appreciative that he took some time on his Saturday evening to inform us our offer had been accepted, so we could relax and celebrate. We have seen a lot of other estate agents during this time period and Priyesh is head and shoulders above any others in terms of knowledge, expertise, and customer service- we feel very fortunate to have been able to work with someone so brilliant for our first home purchase, which has so far been incredibly smooth, efficient and enjoyable- other estate agents could certainly learn a lot from him. As a result of this experience, we would recommend KFH wholeheartedly. Thanks Priyesh!

GoogleAfter dealing with a few of their competitors, Steph at KFH Crystal Palace, won me over by giving an exceptional level of service, going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Steph’s professionalism and attention to detail gave me the best end to end experience I could ask for. I would defiantly recommend Steph at KFH Crystal Palace who demonstrated what top quality service is.

GoogleKHF Crystal Palace were fantastic to work with on our recent house move and we would absolutely recommend their services. Our sale wasn’t straight forward as we struggled with our onward chain. They supported us through the process and delicately managed the situation. At one stage the sale looked like it has reached a dead end, but they miraculously revived it through some expert negotiation. Thank you KFH! Fatos was a real super star, we massively appreciate her help.

GoogleRachel and her team made the process of renting our new property much less stressful than these things usually (and often) are, can't thank them enough for working with us and actively ensuring we found a suitable place quickly and with extra thought and care on what we wanted and needed from any potential apartments. Huge thanks for a really professional and efficient service and making things run so smoothly - top marks!

GoogleWe have recently gone through KFH to rent a flat in Woodside green. Our Agent George, ensured the whole process was as smooth as possible and kept us up to date with everything. It was nice not to have radio silence at any point when it seemed to be stalling. He was great with every request and if he didn't know, he would make sure he found out for us. Best experience we have had with an estate agent.
