GoogleAmy Hastings was a true breath of fresh air to my house hunt, suddenly it became enjoyable. We had a lot of fun and she was always very responsive and helpful. I also appreciated that she clearly had a great relationship with my sellers, so it made all negotiations that much easier. And genuine.

GoogleDuring my search for a property, I worked with circa 7/8 estate agents and I have so say Jack was by far the best.
Firstly he listened carefully to what I wanted and sent through a shortlist of properties that matched my criteria very well. He was flexible when arranging the viewing and during the process was knowledgeable on the property and the areas I will looking at. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions!
When it came to an offer, he kept in constant communication which is especially reassuring when you’re waiting on a decision from the vendor.
The main reason I rate him so highly is because it was very clear he is committed to the job and helping his clients find the right property for them (whereas a lot of others didn’t give that impression at all).
I highly recommend Jack to anyone looking for a property!!

GoogleTrenae is amazing! I had the pleasure of being supported by Trenae from the Crystal Palace branch of Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. As a first time buyer I was nervous and inexperienced in the world of property buying. Trenae was excellent, he guided me through the process with proactive professionalism, patience and clarity. The whole process felt like a collaboration and despite the fact that I'm sure Trenae was incredibly busy he made me feel as though I was his only client. During the viewing process I interacted with a number of agents from different agencies and none of them compared to how excellent Trenae was. I knew it would be Trenae who found me the house of my dreams because, unlike the others he was invested in the process with me. I'm so glad it was him as he continued to support me with the same dedication during the conveyancing process as he did in the hunt for the house. If you want an agent who's proactive, invested, knowledgeable, honest, professional and respectful of your time and needs then you should work with Trenae! As an added bonus Trenae is a wonderful person and I genuinely enjoyed his company on the viewings.

GoogleWhen buying or selling a property you need three good things. Firstly every client needs to be the best possible version of themselves.
That means choosing a good team to represent you. The other two parts of the three good things.Your Estate agent and your property lawyer need to be responsive and good at their jobs. Beyond your, the clients, control are the estate agents and property lawyers other people choose. Your team need to be good to make up for other peoples poor choices. KFH Crystal Palace were brilliant during our sale. In particular Amy-Justine steered a calm and reassuring path when other professionals ( not in our team) were giving a poor service. Even in the uncomfortable moments we knew, without doubt, that she would achieve the best outcome for us. I have no hesitation in recommending KFH Crystal Palace.

Her warm personality and attention to detail have made our property journey a pleasure, we greatly appreciated how much she took on board all our feedback and honed our search so that every week felt like we were getting closer and closer to what we were hoping to find. Genuinely sorry that the property we finally chose was not from their listings, as we both think that KFH and Amy definitely deserved the win for all their hard work. GoogleSian Fontaine has been incredibly helpful in our long and eventful house search. A property we were originally buying through Sian fell through and we were working with another agent on another house sale. Sian however diligently stayed in touch with us, updating us on available properties and the status of previous properties we were interested in. This resulted in us now eventually buying our dream property through Sian. Sian has been professional and patient throughout, very obviously putting what is right for her clients first at all times. Thanks Sian!
When selling the house 18 months later, we worked with Mohammad Ahmed who was brilliant. Mo and the KFH team were incredibly diligent and always contactable.
