AVOID AT ALL COSTS- WORST SERVICE EVER. To quickly summarise how KFH crystal palace provided poor service: -When we arrived at the KFH office ON THE DAY of the start of the tenancy we were told TWICE that we would not be able to move in with no prewarning. Meaning Annual Leave was wasted and we had to pay for the charges for cancelled delivery of storage and paying for last minute storage. -Very poor communication- being told the manager was in a "managers meeting" almost every time by different staff and was very hard to get a hold of the estate agent dealing with our property. On the day of move in, we were told he was on annual leave but he had not told us anything about this. -There was numerous mistakes made on our tenancy agreement and holding deposit form even after we asked for them to be corrected. I cannot believe how poorly we were treated at KFH Crystal Palace. The four of us were supposed to be renting a 5 bedroom house in Crystal Palace but it all fell through due to the incompetency of KFH and the landlord. At every stage of trying complete the renting agreement, we were faced with AWFUL service.

We recently agreed the sale of our house with the brilliant KFH sales team. The whole team was excellent, always on hand to answer questions and we felt they really took the time to get to know our house to give best chance of marketing with potential buyers. Amy was our negotiator and she managed to navigate a tricky few months for us when a couple of our early offers fell through. We were very happy with the outcome and thought Amy was extremely professional in approach.

After having a very bad experience with a very nearby estate agent we weren't really sure what to expect from KFH as our house in the Crystal Palace triangle had been on the market for nearly six months with very little viewings or interest. Our fears were totally unfounded as within a week of being on the market viewings came flooding in with an offer soon following which was over our target price. Even when the sale got a bit sticky my contact Mo and the rest of the team were always there to answer my queries. I have to say they made the whole experience a lot more easier to handle. Nothing but praise for the team at KFH Crystal Palace. Andrew, Sian, Alex and Tyrone were all excellent throughout the process. However, Mo Ahmed was exceptional. We initially were just selling our house with KFH after making an offer on another property. Mo came over and in one short visit ascertained what we wanted and the best way to market our property. Within 2 weeks we had an offer and we accepted. Unfortunately, the property we were going to buy fell through and we were looking to pull out and stop the search. Mo stepped in and showed us several properties and managed to find us a property that we loved within a couple of days. The drama did not stop there, after making an offer and getting close to the exchange the buyer of our property pulled out. My wife and I were disheartened but Mo and Team KFH put the property back on the market and within 2 weeks, we had another buyer. Ren Fergus is the one who worked along with us from the time we started with KFH. We had just moved to UK and Ren was the second agent we had met from 2 different agencies. He was very approachable .. dependent and followed up till the end to ensure we had everything taken care off. He took us around 4-6 houses and ensured that he was always willing to go the extra mile. It was very pleasant dealing with Ren and the KFH agency as well. Our experience with KFH@Crystal Palace was really good. We got in touch with them after our purchase of another property (through a different estate agent) fell through, and we were really keen to find a no-chain property to turn things around fairly quickly. We met Andrew S who showed us 4 properties in 2 evenings. Andrew understood very quickly exactly the kind of property we were after and did not waste our time at all. He was very efficient in terms of giving us advice when needed, chasing up our solicitors and keeping us up to date. Andrew was also always extremely cheerful which helped when things were getting stressful. We also spoke to the branch manager Tyrone on couple of occasions and found him to be equally professional and helpful. All in all, we were really pleased with the service we got from KFH and would wholeheartedly recommend them to any of our friends/family.

We placed our two bed flat in South Norwood for rent through KFH and our contact there, Ren Fergus, was confident about finding us a tenant and did so before the advert went live online. Ren was knowledgeable about the area and the local market, gave us sound advice on a couple of points which we were unsure about and managed smooth communications between ourselves and the incoming tenant. We chose KFH in this area because we had successfully used the company several times before in Streatham Hill and we were pleased to experience the same high standards here.

Kelly Walcott went above and beyond to help us secure apartment even though we were in Sweden and were not able to come look at the property. I mean she literally found us our dream apartment in the dream location w great owners - and all that despite us having 2 small children, 2 pets and not being from here. We had so many questions which locals probably don't have and she kept answering and explaining... just so much work. We are so very grateful to have met her and I think without her we would never be able to make that move! I cannot recommend KFH Crystal Palace branch more. It’s hard to know which agent will be best to go with but I seriously cannot fault this hard working team. Good to have Tyrone - very calm, professional, won't try to get your business by dissing the competition - working on selling my house. Once the sale was agreed Mo took over. And they sit two desks away from each other, a huge improvement on some other estate agents where, once the sale has been agreed in principle, it gets shipped out to a "fulfilment centre" who don't really know what the salesman has or hasn't said. All my phone calls got answered promptly. Messages were dealt with and I got a call back whenever I asked for one. As a house buyer I have used OrangeBlocks and equivalent internet agents but it's a frustrating process for the buyer. So I recommend a traditional estate agent and having dealt with a few I say KFH Crystal Palace are among the best. The commission feels like a lot of money but it's a more-or-less standard rate. If you want to sell a house you get what you pay for.
